Today we live in a toxic environment; even the foods we eat are synthesized so much so that the true food value is either missing or modified in such a way that it is no longer healthy to eat in most cases. Today due to chemical treatment that is occurring with our foods, many of the foods we eat are actually bad for us. In some instances, the food we eat and exposure to toxins is killing us slowly and accelerating the aging process.
In 2009, Harvard Medical Doctor, David L Duffy wrote:
“A study in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism finds that ‘A diet that is - high in (animal) protein and cereal grains - is metabolized in a way that produces residue with an acidic pH. This may increase calcium excretion and weaken bones.’ I believe it may also inhibit the release of oxygen from the red blood cells to the body.”

Throughout time and historical texts, the higher conscious leaders throughout the world have realized that certain foods cause the body to react in a certain way. In many instances toxicity creates adverse side effects including, poor health, obesity, depression, agitation, emotional instability, and the death of the body’s cells.
Our bodies are designed to absorb and filtrate all incoming substances. Our bodies are comprised of living cells that are interconnected to each other for the purpose of supporting the functions of each and thereby sustaining the life of the being. Life was meant to support Life. Many of the high fatty food sources that we eat clog up not only arteries, but also the tissues surrounding internal organs and blood vessels.
Certain toxic foods we consume create chemical reactions within our bodies that cause our bodies to produce and release even more toxic chemicals. If what we put in our bodies is contaminated then we ourselves will excrete contaminated chemical reactions that pollute our bodies even further.
However if we do not pass these chemicals out of our bodies and blood stream, then these toxins remain in the body clogging up are arteries and digestive tracts. Because fatty food deposits are not passing out of our bodies, food plaque forms holding all of the toxicity within our bodies creating an environment that breeds micro-organisms. These micro-organisms breed and multiply in the body causing even more unhealthy toxicity.

Today in society we are constantly being giving instructions, things we must remember, and important points to understand and follow. We rely on information in order to help us organize our lives and produce the end results of what we want in life. However today, there is so much to learn and understand; and there are in many instances complicated facts that we need to understand in order to function in today’s fast paced world. This is where our mind plays an important role. We need to be able to keep our minds functioning in a concise, clear, and accurate manner in order to process all of the incoming information that drives forward our daily lives.
I consider the mind to be a very important muscle in our body… Our minds not only perform the operational sequencing of bodily functions such as basic organ operations for life sustenance, but our minds also serve as the information processing center of information coming to us from outside of ourselves. With our minds, and based on the incoming information, we apply our reasoning abilities to help us make right decisions which direct the path we take.
I was walking my dog the other day and visited with my neighbor who is a single parent of a severely disabled young adult. She was explaining to me that she has been feeling very stressed lately due to complications with her son’s care and as a result she had started having memory problems; she also explained that sometimes she could not gather her thoughts pertaining to decisions she needed to make on her son’s behalf as there were so many aspects to the decisions placed before her pertaining to her son’s care and condition.
She explained that at times she found it difficult to remember everything pertaining to her choices as she felt so over whelmed with the many aspects of she had to deal with. She asked me if there were a particular vitamin that could help her with these memory problems.
Vitamin B-12 has been used often to help brain function and I shared that information with her; also DMG has been found to be effective in enhancing both brain function and mood enhancement. But again and especially as we age, we really need to exercise our brains to keep them sharp and alert.
Let’s Look at Some Facts Related to Memory and Aging…
It’s normal to forget things every now and then. We’ve all misplaced our keys, blanked on an acquaintance’s name, or forgotten a phone number we’ve dialed a hundred times before. When we’re young, we don’t tend to pay much mind to these lapses, but as we grow older, sometimes we worry about what they mean.
Forgetfulness is a common complaint among older adults. You start to talk about a movie you saw recently when you realize you can’t remember the title. You’re giving directions to your house when you suddenly blank on a familiar street name. You find yourself standing in the middle of the kitchen wondering what you went in there for.
Memory lapses can be frustrating, but most of the time they aren’t cause for concern. Age-related memory changes are not the same thing as dementia.
As we grow older, we experience physiological changes that can cause glitches in brain functions we’ve always taken for granted. It takes longer to learn and recall information. We’re not as quick as we used to be. In fact, we often mistake this slowing of our mental processes for true memory loss. But in most cases, if we give ourselves time, the information will come to mind.
What Causes Age-Related Memory Loss?
1. The hippocampus, a region of the brain involved in the formation and retrieval of memories, often deteriorates with age.
2. Growth factors, e.g. hormones and proteins that protect and repair brain cells and stimulate neural growth decline with age.
Note:
In a study conducted in 1991, it was discovered that the presence of acetyl carnitine enhanced the effects of nerve growth factor on the outgrowth of neurites from rat brain cells 100 times greater than when just nerve growth factor itself was present. This was an interesting observation at the time, but nerve growth factor is an internally produced protein in the brain, and it was not really known how to stimulate or regulate its production. 3. Older people often experience decreased blood flow to the brain, which can impair memory and lead to changes in cognitive skills. Eating a clove of garlic per day increases circulation to the body as it is a blood thinning agent.

Your Survival Needs When Disaster Strikes
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share this letter forwarded to me from an American living in Japan in the Sandai Mountains. This person is now surviving the natural disasters that have, and are still occurring there. As you can see after the read, it seems that sharing this personal story has a deeper meaning than the information being shared. This letter came from an American woman in Japan. It was forwarded to me as an email with the following statements.
It’s too beautiful not to share. This gives you such a sense of the Japanese people, as a culture…and, of the power of love. To me, this is what needs to happen—a shift in our thinking to the things that really matter: love, caring for others, sharing, and working together.

First I want to thank you so very much for your concern for me. I am very touched. I also wish to apologize for a generic message to you all. But it seems the best way at the moment to get my message to you.
Things here in Sendai have been rather surreal. But I am very blessed to have wonderful friends who are helping me a lot. Since my shack is even more worthy of that name, I am now staying at a friend’s home. We share supplies like water, food and a kerosene heater. We sleep lined up in one room, eat by candlelight, and share stories. It is warm, friendly, and beautiful.
During the day we help each other clean up the mess in our homes. People sit in their cars, looking at news on their navigation screens, or line up to get drinking water when a source is open. If someone has water running in their home, they put out a sign so people can come to fill up their jugs and buckets. (Note: You are going to need Containers for Food and Water Storage)
Utterly amazingly where I am, there has been no looting, no pushing in lines. People leave their front door open, as it is safer when an earthquake strikes. People keep saying, “Oh, this is how it used to be in the old days when everyone helped one another.”
Quakes keep coming. Last night they struck about every 15 minutes. Sirens are constant and helicopters pass overhead often. We got water for a few hours in our homes last night, and now it is for half a day. Electricity came on this afternoon. Gas has not yet come on.
But all of this is by area. Some people have these things, others do not. No one has washed for several days. We feel grubby, but there are so much more important concerns than that for us now. I love this peeling away of non-essentials. Living fully on the level of instinct, of intuition, of caring, of what is needed for survival, not just of me, but of the entire group.
There are strange parallel universes happening. Houses are a mess in some places, yet then there is a house with futons or laundry out drying in the sun. People lining up for water and food, and yet a few people out walking their dogs, all happening at the same time.
Other unexpected touches of beauty are first, the silence at night. No cars, no one out on the streets. And the heavens at night are scattered with stars. I usually can see about two, but now the whole sky is filled. The Sendai Mountains are solid and with the crisp air we can see them silhouetted against the sky magnificently.
And the Japanese themselves are so wonderful. I come back to my shack to check on it each day, now to send this e-mail since the electricity is on, and I find food and water left in my entranceway. I have no idea from whom, but it is there. Old men in green hats go from door to door checking to see if everyone is OK. People talk to complete strangers asking if they need help. I see no signs of fear; Resignation, yes, but fear or panic, no.
They tell us we can expect aftershocks, and even other major quakes, for another month or more. And we are getting constant tremors, rolls, shaking, rumbling. I am blessed in that I live in a part of Sendai that is a bit elevated, a bit more solid than other parts.
(Note: Elevated regions usually occur from previous tectonic plate movements, that’s how mountains are created. An elevated, mountainous area can be a safer location during earthquakes and the following tremors). So, so far this area is better off than others. Last night my friend’s husband came in from the country, bringing food and water. Blessed again.
Somehow at this time I realize from direct experience that there is indeed an enormous Cosmic evolutionary step that is occurring all over the world right at this moment. And somehow as I experience the events happening now in Japan, I can feel my heart opening very wide. My brother asked me if I felt so small because of all that is happening. I feel as part of something happening that much larger than myself. This wave of birthing (worldwide) is hard and yet magnificent.

As discussed in the video, clean drinking water is necessary to life. A person can survive (3 Days Only) without clean drinking water. When I purchased my filter system from Sawyer, they as yet had not developed the camel pack water system which I described to you as my modified camel pack. Food…
In the video we talked about following the migratory trails of animals to find food and water sources; however, you need to have food supplies in your backpacks as well. You need to have food sources with you that are freeze-dried, easily stored, and lightweight so that it can be carried in your backpack without taking up a lot of space. The food items pictured below are the food sources I have in my survival backpack, so I recommend these. This kit contains a 10 day supply of foods for (2 people). It contains, beans, starches such as rice and pasta, and freeze-dried vegetables. The only thing you need to add to this is water and seasonings. Because these items are freeze-dried; you will not need to use up a lot of fuel for cooking. I have two of these kits. (3 to 5 year shelf life).

What else do we need to survive in the wilderness?
Appropriate Clothing…
You should have a good pair of hiking boots with ankle support. You should also have a down vest to wear either over your shirt or sweat shirts, or under a heavy jacket. You should also have a knit hat, gloves, and thick heavy socks, sturdy jeans, a pair of gloves for everyday wear, and a pair of good leather gloves for dealing with the cutting of woods and timbers when you need to build a shelter, or climb on rough rocks.

You need a lightweight camping tent…
The one shown here is lightweight and affordable; however, you may also find others similar to this for less money at stores like Walmart, Target, and Kmart so don’t be afraid to shop around. The one pictured here costs $99.50, a fair price for a good quality, lightweight tent.
Sleeping Bags…
I recommend a lightweight “down” sleeping bag. Down feathers compress nicely making the bag easy to roll up tight and tie to your backpack frame.

Final Thoughts…
Being prepared is a responsible way to express your love for both yourself and those near to you whom you love, including your neighbors. If your neighborhood does not have a community plan for rescue and survival supports, why not coordinate a neighbor hood meeting; perhaps start a community garden. If we work together we can be the ones that save ourselves.
A Conclusion That Has No End…
We have seen with the flooding related to Hurricane Katrina that our government was not prepared to support the people in New Orleans, people suffered as a result. Many lives were lost. It is time for each of us to decide how best to help one another and ourselves. We cannot depend on an obviously corrupted political infra-structure to help America anymore. Today in America, as in the past, America must once again stand together as “We the People” in support of one another.

Balancing the Mean During Difficult Times in Life
Many times throughout life we are faced with having to deal with difficult or unpleasant occurrences that feel as though they are suppressing the happiness in life that we once had. As time goes on, and we experience negativity over and over again, many begin to become out of balance in life over-all. We begin to see the negatives as larger than life; and many as a result of these feelings and perceptions, feel trapped and unable to overcome the negativity in life.
The Analogy…
In life, when surrounded with negativity, we may feel as if our lives have been smeared and dirtied as a result of past hurts, negativity, and problematic memories of previous bad experiences we have had. Again and again we attempt to clean these away using the same old conceptualizations which are subjective to the negativity we’ve experienced.
However, these negatives still seem to leave a residue on our lives that we can’t seem to overcome. Why is there such an imbalance of negatives over the positive in our lives? Previous attempts to find the answer and wash away negatives from our lives have not worked. What is the reason for this is imbalance? As when you are washing a dirty garment, sometimes when the remnants of these dark experiences linger over us leaving their stained imprint on our perceptions of life, we must use water to make things clean - so what is the water? The water is our inner being that seeks to nourish love within you; both for your own enhanced development, and even for those who have caused the stains of harmful actions to imprint on our lives.
I believe that we can wash ourselves in love, both towards those around us, especially those who have muddied up our lives; but more importantly – we need to love ourselves – All of Who We Are. Love is the Balance in Life. This is the Mean.
A Mathematical Analogy…
Now about the Mean, and our Judgment pertaining to the polarities of each and how they affect our ability to love ourselves and others… Look at this diagram…
Let’s say the number line is our life. Let’s say that through our experiences we have stored negatives on one side and positives on the other. In our Rational Thought, we need to find a way to take from life experiences and utilize those experiences in a way that adds meaning to our lives, Positive Meaning that can out-weigh the Negative.
The Mean…
Mean pertains to the Median, which is the ‘middle value’ in your life, it is YOU; containing both the positive and negatives. In this analogy, let’s call the middle value the balance between the positives and negatives in life.
When the totals of the list are Odd, (Let’s say as when negatives out weigh the positive influences in life), the median is the middle entry in the list after sorting the list into the increasing order on each side of the median (Mean). When the totals of the list are even, the median is equal to the sum of the two middles, thereby making a whole.
(After sorting the list into increasing order) the numbers are divided by two.
Now, let’s look at the second number line, below this one and to the left. This number line examples a balance between positive and negative numbers on the mean.
Both right and left positions depict an equal amount of value, or information for this analogy. On each side of the Zero Mean (the Starting Point) we have the number one. If you divide these numbers by two you end up with Zero. So does that mean we are not positive or negative? If not then what are we? This example below at left is an example of numerical balance within the mean. Let’s say in life, that for every negative experience you have encountered, you also create a positive experience to balance out the negative effect and place it at the right of your mean, (Your Center).
However, if as shown below there is an imbalance created in the Mean, (Your Center), due to there being more numbers on the negative integer side of the mean, as in -6 versus the +5. If I subtract 6 from 5, I end up with a negative integer on the positive side:

= -1
Now I have a negative number on my positive side. This creates an imbalance between the Mean (My Center). This is what happens to us when we allow false perceptions related to negative experiences to shift our mean in an imbalanced manner.
The Median Value is You…
The Median is the ‘middle value’ in your list. When the totals of the list are even, the median is equal to the sum of the two middle integers. After sorting the list into increasing orders via the balance between the numerical values of each and their relationship to the mean, these numbers are divided by two. Thus, remember to line up your values, the middle number is the median!
Example: 1+1 Between the Median, = 2. Now with that variable of 2 I can predict the progression of numbers on each side of the mean, this is based on the adding (let’s call it the balance between the initial numbers on each side of the Mean = ME), such as in:

Now Let’s call the decimal between this reduction of the numbers 835 via division by 2 as in representing each side of the mean as shown above and down left. In this example your Mean is your inner being, your life’s possibilities. These numbers, both the right or to the left of the decimal have the ability to cancel out the value of the other depending on the imbalance of polarities between their mean. In fact this is common in nature; however, often missed is the example of the meaning behind the mean.
If a mean follows its natural procession according to within the balance between increase and decrease, the mean will inevitably circle itself producing a model of what the original values are or were both positive and negative representations as shown in the top example leading to a canceling out of both sides at the center the Mean.
Examples:
Find the Median of: 9, 3, 44, 17, 15 (Odd amount of numbers)
Line up your numbers: 3, 9, 15, 17, 44 (smallest to largest)
The Median is: 15 (The number in the middle)
Find the Median of: 8, 3, 44, 17, 12, 6 (Even amount of numbers)
Line up your numbers: 3, 6, 8, 12, 17, 44
Add the 2 middles numbers and divide by 2: 8 12 = 20 ÷ 2 = 10
The Median is 10.
As in my example of -1 0 +1 , Each of these numbers both support their presence while at the same time canceling each other out; UNLESS……… You include the MEAN – That place of balance between the negative and positive integers, then you have the number 0 which represents the relationship between the positive and negative; while at the same time representing itself as (While between the two – A Number also), a number that achieves its value based on its association to either the positive or negative pole (or positions on the mean), or if representing balance, the balanced relationship between positive or negative on the Mean. So now we have a representation of three values or concepts the negative, the positive, and the balance between the three.
Notice in our number 835, 3+5=8 combining to make the complete number (A Whole Number). Notice in the divisions of 835 by 2 (two numbers in this concept) the balance between the number on the left is inevitably swallowed up with the increase of the numbers on the right leading to the true Mean, the = 0.0000001 div.2 = 0.
In this way they balance each other at the mean, or in this way they cancel each other out creating the Mean. And in the cancellation process the positives while canceling out the negative integers, also bring the positive integers back to the mean. When joined in the circular pattern as shown in the first diagram they form the complete circle. Leading to and considering both sides of the infinite possibilities connected to the mean, YOU.
So what does this mean? As in the naturally occurring progression of life, if we learn to cancel out the negatives with the addition of more positives; having learned the value of the whole by working through the negatives,by applying the positive value of who we are, and are becoming, we can bring ourselves around full circle creating a new life on the Mean, one that is balanced through life experiences. Like getting clean paper to write the story of our lives, verses using the same old muddied sheet of life experiences. I guess that you could all this the philosophy of balance on the Mean. To achieve this balance is to know how to love yourself and be less critical of negative life occurences.
Now I want to share some writing from an ancient early Chinese philosopher, Kay’u regarding the Mean: The Mean, as Pertains to the Adaptations of Followers and Leaders of a Peoples:
When a country is sparsely settled, those of extremes can go and live aside; it is nothing to govern such a state. Or to proclaim extreme doctrines before them. But when a country is full of people, the two extremes and the MEAN must dwell in proximity. It is not an easy matter to govern them wisely.
Whatever people can dwell together in great numbers on the smallest piece of ground, and yet have peace and plenty, such people are the highest of all Peoples. Where an extreme doctrine can not be carried out, it is better to have a less extreme one. People, like a drove of sheep, are much inclined to follow a leader. Herein, politicians and lawyers and judges run the state into war. To legislate in such a way, that leaders can not lead the multitude into evil, this is wisdom. Were all leaders dead, the people themselves would not be very bad. Yet it is wrong to take any man’s life; for life is something, man has no property in. Life rests with the Creator who has given such, it is his; and to each his own.
Before the ignorant, we speak by commandment. Chine’ya has passed that age; our books must go persuasively, in the mean. To dictate to the learned, is to cast one’s treasures into the fire. By asking them questions, we can often lead them. Coaxing, with effect, is greater than dictation un-obeyed. We preach to the rich man, that he should give all he has to the poor, and he walks away giving nothing. When we say to him Give a little, he does it. Herein the higher doctrine is the lower, and the lower doctrine is the higher, because it has potency.
Chine said: To deny one’s self, and to labor for others with all our wisdom and strength; this is the highest doctrine. I saw a man on a mountain, calling to his flocks in the valleys, but they understood him not, and came not. Then he came mid-way down the mountain, and called, now the flocks heard him and understood, and they went up to him. It is easy to plan out high doctrines, but not so easy to give an efficient doctrine. He who is mid-way, is the most potent. I have observed, that all Peoples have higher doctrines than they live up to. Yea, they boast of one religion over another as relatively of it superior height in the doctrines enunciated, and yet; they who boast in this way practice neither virtue nor sincerity, for they live not up to the commonest doctrines.
On the other hand, they boast of a government, and not of its virtue and goodness or its fatherly care of the helpless; but of its strength in arms, and it power to kill. And these are the lowest of attributes. To reach the government, and make it virtuous and fatherly is to find the mean. To find all the beauties in a man or woman, or in their behavior; this is God-Like. To find their faults and speak of them; this is devilish.
Yet, consider the man reverently, who speaks not of persons. Who knows, may not all men be as automatons, some in the hands of the gods, and some in the hands of devils. Such a doctrine would make us less severe with those who err, or who do evil. We Hope For This.
Conclusion:
I remember that in my life it is hard to find the MEAN, THE BALANCE, if all I allow myself to do is react to the negativity. If I allow negativity to affect my life, bringing it down into negativity then I believe that the negativity I have experienced in life is insurmountable then I have cancelled out the positive probabilities by giving power to the negative through my belief.
The balance is in seeing the value of both negative and positive experiences knowing that these experiences, when balanced on the mean, make up the person that I am as I learn and grow through them.
At the core of every human being is the TRUE MEAN. The True Mean is the light of the Creator that in fact gives you life on a time line of experiences. It is through these experiences that ALL will eventually find the center of their being and in doing so will see the God in themselves. In this way, no matter what may surround you, there will be, through the balance, a great underlying peace in your life.

Tomorrow the House Judiciary Committee is going to vote on H.R.3261, the Stop Online Privacy Act, or SOPA for short. As I have previously outlined, this legislation would destroy the internet as we know it and severely impinge on free speech and the spread of information.
If this passes committee, which all indications say it likely will, it could be voted on by the whole of the House of Representatives at any time. Individuals and corporations both large and small are stepping up to fight back against the draconian SOPA legislation and the Senate’s sister legislation, the PROTECT IP Act.
However, there is a significant lobby that is pushing back against the tide of freedom and liberty in an attempt to severely restrict the internet. As the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) pointed out in a Congressional hearing, SOPA will restrict non-infringing online content right along with the infringing content the bill is supposedly aimed at combating.
“By contemplating an order that effectively bars others from gaining access to both infringing and non-infringing content, the proposed statute goes beyond appropriate First Amendment free speech protections,” the ACLU said. The wildly restrictive SOPA legislation would essentially make it impossible for some of the largest websites on the internet to operate in any way that is remotely familiar to the climate we have known.
Any social media website that allows users to freely post content could be shut down at any time if any infringing content is posted on the site.
This means that all of YouTube, all of Twitter, all of Facebook, all free blog hosts, etc. could be forced to close down if a single individual posts infringing content.
This is China-style internet censorship on steroids; it is so astoundingly oppressive that there has been a blatant disinformation war waged against those who seek to keep the internet free. However, little bits of truth sneak out here and there, with Chris Dodd, head of the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) and former Senator, letting out a shocking admission which gives a glimpse into the minds of those who support the destruction of one of the last vestiges of true freedom in America.
“When the Chinese told Google that they had to block sites or they couldn’t do [business] in their country, they managed to figure out how to block sites,” Dodd said. A similar sentiment was echoed by Senator Joe Lieberman last year when he was promoting his so-called “internet kill switch” legislation. “Right now, China – the government – can disconnect parts of its internet in a case of war. We need to have that here too,” Lieberman said at the time.
Dodd leveraged the emotionally charged example of how internet service providers (ISPs) already block content like child pornography as proof that the notion of blocking websites is not unprecedented. While this is true, Dodd is either knowingly misrepresenting the legislation or he is simply ignorant as to what it actually allows. While no sane person advocates the spread of child pornography, extending the example to legislation which could force a site to shut down if a copyright holder reported anything ranging from a picture copied without paying licensing fees to a teenage girl singing along to Katy Perry is patently ridiculous.

In a recent interview at the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers conference, Dodd further proved himself to have little to no understanding of the legislation he is promoting or even the most basic of logical faculties. “How do you justify a search engine providing for someone to go and steal something?” Dodd asked. “A guy that drives the getaway car didn’t rob the bank necessarily, but they got you to the bank and they got you out of it, so they are accessories in my view.” Upon reading Dodd’s statement – which amounts to what might pass for an analogy in a special needs kindergarten classroom – I couldn’t help but laugh out loud.
If we apply the bank robbery analogy to the SOPA legislation, it would not be that you’re going after the driver of the getaway car, but instead you’d be going after the company that manufactured the car, the company that produced the gasoline that powered the car, the manufacturer of the tires on the car, etc. This would be like going after a gun manufacturer after someone uses one of their guns to commit a robbery.
It would also be like going after the manufacturer of a burlap sack that a bank robber used to load money into before running out of the bank. What Dodd and others are promoting is not just penalizing the thieves – those actually responsible for the crime – but instead penalizing those who were exploited by the thieves in the course of the robbery.
In any normal law enforcement situation I do not think that any remotely lucid person would go after a General Motors plant for producing a car which was used by a robber to flee the scene of a crime or the gas station that the robber used to fill up the car before driving to the robbery. It is beyond me how anyone in the world could accept such wholly nonsensical reasoning (if you could even call it that) as justification for pushing through such dangerous legislation. This insane logic – if you can even bastardize the concept of logic enough to extend the definition to what these buffoons are engaging in – is also mirrored in much of the mainstream media.
Take the case of Scott Cleland, a contributor for Forbes who, unsurprisingly, has a clear conflict of interest due to the fact that he is President of Precursor LLC, which is what he describes as, “a Fortune 500 research consultancy focused on the future of Internet competition, privacy, security, property rights, innovation and algorithmic markets.” Whoops! Cleland, if you want to seem even remotely credible, you might not want to advertise the fact that you run a company that would directly benefit from the SOPA and the PROTECT IP Act, or PIPA. While I am no Google cheerleader, their position on SOPA/PIPA is admirable, and one which Cleland seems hell bent on attacking at all costs, as you can see in his article and other “popular posts” of his on Forbes which all deal with Google.
Cleland claims that the House Manger’s Amendment to SOPA “fixed the major legitimate problems with the original bill,” because of course Cleland is the arbiter of what a legitimate problem is and what an illegitimate problem is when it comes to this legislation. After all, you’re too imbecilic to actually do your own research and come to your own conclusions, you must have Cleland spoon feed the truth to you, right? Despite Cleland’s unqualified assertions, which apparently we’re supposed to swallow without question due to his alleged expertise, the ACLU says that the changes in the amendment “don’t go far enough.”
“It will still be likely that ISPs and even search engines will end up removing perfectly legal content – content that is protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution – from the Internet,” the ACLU wrote. Cleland points to the widespread bipartisan support for SOPA/PIPA along with the support lent by outside organizations as if that bestowed any legitimacy on the legislation whatsoever. There is also “strong bipartisan support in the House and Senate” for legislation which strips American citizens of their most fundamental rights, turns the United States into a battlefield, and allows for anyone and everyone to be held indefinitely in what is commonly known as a FEMA camp or any other facility, foreign or domestic, without charge or trial on suspicion of being a terrorist or being linked to terrorism.
Let’s not forget that they supported the section which allows Americans to be shipped off to any foreign country and handed over to any foreign entity for any number of horrors to be committed without so much as a shred of evidence. Our government is no longer legitimate and pointing to widespread support of legislation in Washington is not something that can be leveraged to promote a bill as a positive measure, at least not to any thinking person that has read the Constitution and realizes the gravity of the situations with which we are currently dealing. Cleland attempts to delegitimize and marginalize the major corporations and individuals opposing SOPA/PIPA, like Facebook, Google, Yahoo, eBay, Twitter, Craigslist, Flickr, PayPal, Reddit, AOL, LinkedIn, Wikipedia, Tumblr and others, by claiming that they “are becoming increasingly isolated politically.”
This list includes many of the founders themselves, people who obviously value intellectual property as without this concept their businesses would have been stolen out from under them immediately.
Cleland then points to some carefully cherry-picked aspects of the Manager’s Amendment which are, in fact, far from the iron-clad restrictions he makes them out to be.
He attempts to shut down those who point out that companies would be forced to police user content by pointing to the clause in the Manager’s Amendment which reads in part, “no duty to monitor … activity on the network or the service…” although he fails to point out that they could still be held liable regardless. While there might be “no duty” there is the inferred duty as your website will still be held responsible for content posted by users. On page 20 of the PDF, we clearly read, “To ensure compliance with orders issued under this section, the Attorney General may bring an action for injunctive relief – (i) against any entity served under paragraph (1) that knowingly and willfully fails to comply with the requirements of this subsection to compel such entity to comply with such requirements,” so if you do not police your users and comply with any and all demands made by the federal government, you can have “an action for injunctive relief” brought against you.
He then attempts to counter those who point out that SOPA/PIPA allow a run-around of due process by claiming “most of the bill’s framework is about requiring the traditional DOJ prosecutor approach of needing to seek a Federal Court injunction from a judge to expressly protect due process.” Once again, Cleland is either betraying his abject ignorance or proving himself to be a bold faced liar who is self-servingly deceiving the gullible and lazy.
Ken Paulson, the President of the American Society of News Editors, or ASNE, made this very clear in a letter written today to the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee Lamar Smith and the Ranking Member John Conyers, Jr. “Navigating the balance between copyright and free speech demands precision, and in seeking to protect the interest of copyright holders, the First Amendment requires Congress to adopt the least restrictive intrusion on speech available,” Paulson wrote. “SOPA fails this test.” He continues, “It allows individual copyright owners to effect the most onerous restriction on speech – the prior restraint – with little evidence and virtually no due process, utilizing vague and overbroad definitions in the process.
While it is directed at ‘rogue’ websites engaged in widespread privacy, the law carries the real potential to go well beyond that narrow target.” I think we all know that when a door is left open in legislation like this, it is exploited to the greatest extent possible.
“Without endorsing them, we not that more narrowly tailored alternatives have already been proposed,” Paulson writes, hinting at the OPEN Act which Ars Technica called “a useful starting point for a sensible conversation that could actually lead to acceptable compromises.”
Continuing on the subject of SOPA/PIPA alternatives, Paulson wrote, “Their existence calls into question the constitutionality of SOPA and suggests that this Committee must reject H.R. 3261 and continue to examine other, less restrictive alternatives that strike the right balance between preventing privacy and protecting free expression.”
“Again, we support your ultimate goal of eradicating online content piracy. We simply feel that this particular formulation is not precise enough to protect legitimate free speech rights,” Paulson wrote. I wholeheartedly agree, and this false sense of, “Either you’re with us or you’re with the pirates,” mentality that Cleland and others are fallaciously promulgating must be shown to be what it is: pure fiction.
You don’t have to give the federal government, and their corporate cronies, free reign to control the flow of information on the internet in order to control privacy, but this is exactly what they are trying to say.
The most hilariously imbecilic aspect of Cleland’s attempt to demonize opposition to SOPA/PIPA is when he says, “it [the SOPA/PIPA opposition] accuses those same committees [House Judiciary Committee and others at the federal level], whose oath is to protect the sanctity of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, the motive of encouraging [sic] the U.S. to “censor the web” like China and Iran do.”
Really, Cleland? Yet again, he proves himself to either be living under a rock, a liar or very possibly delusional.
Every single Senator (93% in total) who voted for S.1867 betrayed the oath of office and directly attacked the sanctity of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
The same can be said for every single member of the House of Representatives (74% in total) who voted in favor of H.R.1540.
To put it simply, Cleland is shilling for the fascist establishment that is currently turning the United States into a society so restrictive that North Korea would be green with envy. If you care about freedom and the future of the United States you must take a stand now, before SOPA leaves committee and thus would be able to be passed at any moment.
Even if you have already inundated your Representatives with calls and emails already, do not stop. Call your friends and family and tell them to join the groundswell of American people and corporations who are fighting back against this draconian legislation. Whatever you do, do not give up; continue to make it clear that you will not stand for this, or any other of the many attacks on the Constitution we are now witnessing like the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) fiscal year 2012.
Flood your so-called Representatives with calls, emails, letters, and if possible show up in person and make your voice heard.
Unless the majority of the United States starts taking an active role in fighting back against the tyrannical fascistic government that is stripping away everything which America used to stand for, we can only expect an even darker future to unfold.

Questions from Jesus on Easter Sunday to America’s Politicians
Questions Jesus might ask to Politicians’ in America Today…
When I was… Did You?
It was Easter Sunday morning and I was listening to the radio. I, unlike many people was not going to attend a church service to commemorate the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. Why?, because in my previous experiences, attempting to bring my rocking, hand flapping, and sometimes squealing Autistic son to Easter Sunday services, we had been looked upon with negativity due to his unusual behaviors.
On one particular Easter Sunday, amidst all the stares of something other than love and acceptance as my son and I left the services, (simply too disruptive I was told), I had to ask myself where is the love that you are supposed to find in the sanctuary that is called the church? We are supposed to find these attributes in the church I thought to myself as I walked away holding my son’s hand. Then I began to feel a great regret at the social rejections he receives, as my strong love for him attempted to make sense of it all.
Holding my little son’s hand as we left, and feeling somewhat alone as we walked out together back into our world of semi-isolation; I was overcome with a heavenly sense of peace, harmony, and love. Then I found myself listening to (that still small voice) say, “You are not alone, I am with you in love.”
I then realized that I was experiencing overflowing feelings of peace, harmony, and love as I walked out of the church to escape the social rejection we had experienced during the services. Yes, I thought, it is “we, each individual” within ourselves that are the ones capable of containing and expressing these heavenly attributes in life towards each other through life itself, or not…
So last Easter Sunday, even though I would have loved to be around people congregating in celebration of this highly conscious man known as Jesus, I fixed breakfast, did laundry, cleaned the house, and took my son, now 21, to see a children’s movie at our local theatre. My son is so sweet and innocent; he has never lost his child’s heart and so he still prefers to see children’s movies and spends a great amount of time at home watchingSesame Street’s Count Von Count Videos on YouTube. As he does this, he interacts with the Count, (his ambiguous friend), holding his face to scream every time the lightening strikes when the Count pronounces the numbers and laughs. One, one beautiful flower ha, ha, ha….
That day, as I went about my errands waiting for the show time of our next movie, I was listening to a radio program broadcast on KPFK.90.7 FM (click link to hear broadcast) called Connect the Dots, directed by Lila Garrett. In this broadcast she was questioning how our politicians would answer the questions that Jesus might ask them pertaining to how they have shown their love and compassion to us Americans’, their fellow man.
Here is what Lila Garret asks on behalf of Jesus during her Connect the Dots Broadcast:

“Christ is the perfect person, and as such is the right person to ask today’s politicians the pertinent questions regarding America’s ability under their lead to protect, we the people, of America today.
So Jesus is the one to put the real questions to them, here they are:
When I was hungry, did you feed me? No, you cut off my food stamps.
When I was thirsty, did you give me to drink? No, you gave me swamp water, because you killed the Clean Water Bill.
When I was cold, did you offer me warmth? No, you cut off the federal allowance to help heat my tenement.
When I was old, or disabled, or a poor widow, how did you protect me? You raised the social security age and lowered the benefits.
When I was homeless did you shelter me? No, you cut the funding for shelters so my whole family, including my children had to live on the streets.
When I actually had a home, and the banks illegally foreclose on me; did you help me keep my home? Or did you abolish the federal agency that helped people fight foreclosure? Do you acknowledge that as a result of your actions there will be at least another five million foreclosures this year?”
Before the Politicians could protest, Jesus responded, “Remember, this is the Son of God you are talking to….”

Well she goes on to describe the church teachings pertaining to burning in hell; which I do not believe in. However, it does seem that with all of the oppressions being leveraged against the American People, we are, in fact, seemingly living in hellish conditions today! It seems to me that this concept of hell that churches use to instill fear and submission into parishioners is actually being brought to us while we are here on top of the planet verses below in the underworld of an imagined hell buy America’s current leaders. How can the American people continue to vote for politicians which obviously have no interest in the love and compassion that was demonstrated in the conscious ‘Being’ known as Jesus? Are we that despondent in our day that we have simply resigned ourselves to being, as Jesus stated, “Sheep for the Slaughter,” in the eyes of our American political system?
In light of what we are seeing today inAmerica, clearly we have strayed from the path of Love’s peace, harmony, and shared compassion towards humankind. Each one of us have within our Being, this container, (the human body), something that transcends mortality itself. What we have is the ability to express our individual ‘God Like’ destiny to become beings of higher consciousness, as is this God-Man, the historical person of Jesus. When we exercise our inner consciousness towards living the values of higher conscious Beings, we will begin to exhibit the spiritual attributes of a God-Man that Jesus lived through example; in fact, Jesus said of us all, “Greater works than I do, you shall do also for the kingdom of heaven is within you.” Then instead of suppressing civilizations through the unloving practices of force, fraud, and coercion; humanities humanity to man will lift up the peoples in the world today giving them life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These are the true dividends coming from the works of a highly conscious being such as Jesus.
What were these works that Jesus discussed?
They are expressions of love and compassion that Jesus described as: The acts of mercy generated from a higher consciousness, and therefore the characteristics found within a ‘God Like’ being…
Feeding the Hungry – an act of Comfort 
Giving Water to the Thirsty – an act of Comfort
Clothing the Naked – an act of Giving
Shelter for the Homeless – an act of Caring
Comforting the Imprisoned – an act of Love
Visiting the Sick – an act of Compassion “Rihanna Pays Special Visit to Sick Fan”
Burying the Dead – an act of Respect for Life
Then there are the social emotional, or spiritually conscious acts of mercy possible to all individuals that Jesus discusses as coming from the heart of higher consciousness itself, and therefore from a ‘God Like’ being…
These expressions of love and compassion, Jesus described as:
Forgiving one another – an act of Love
Instructing the uninformed – an act of Compassion
Counseling the Doubtful – an act of Responsibility
Comforting the Broken Hearted – an act of Mercy
Offering patience to those in error – an act of Forgiveness
Pray for one another – an act of God
I look within to see the beauty that is possible without for therein lays the conceptualizations of creation, the first stages of a new reality. If our elected Statesmen will simply regain for themselves these values which respect and honor life, they will have no need to compromise the protection and security of Americans’ in seeing the higher call to humanity itself. With this solid state of mind consciousness we will begin to transform our state of Being into that which supports the higher consciousness of life itself.
I am the only one that can change my world. I would say that today it is more important than ever that people attempt to regain their harmony to the conscious acts of Love so that they can change the course of time. In love, we can change our current course in time from that of destruction and despair to one of hope and prosperity for all. The answer is within us all, within our own conscious being.

Your Survival Needs When Natural Disasters Strike…

I wanted to share this letter forwarded to me from an American living in Japan in the Sandai Mountains. This person is now surviving the natural disasters that have, and are still occurring there. As you can see after the read, it seems that sharing this personal story has a deeper meaning than the information being shared. This letter came from an American woman in Japan. It was forwarded to me as an email with the following statements.
It’s too beautiful not to share. This gives you such a sense of the Japanese people, as a culture…and, of the power of love. To me, this is what needs to happen—a shift in our thinking to the things that really matter: love, caring for others, sharing, and working together.

First I want to thank you so very much for your concern for me. I am very touched. I also wish to apologize for a generic message to you all. But it seems the best way at the moment to get my message to you.
Things here in Sendai have been rather surreal. But I am very blessed to have wonderful friends who are helping me a lot. Since my shack is even more worthy of that name, I am now staying at a friend’s home. We share supplies like water, food and a kerosene heater. We sleep lined up in one room, eat by candlelight, and share stories. It is warm, friendly, and beautiful.
During the day we help each other clean up the mess in our homes. People sit in their cars, looking at news on their navigation screens, or line up to get drinking water when a source is open. If someone has water running in their home, they put out a sign so people can come to fill up their jugs and buckets. (Note: You are going to need Containers for Food and Water Storage)
Utterly amazingly where I am, there has been no looting, no pushing in lines. People leave their front door open, as it is safer when an earthquake strikes. People keep saying, “Oh, this is how it used to be in the old days when everyone helped one another.”
Quakes keep coming. Last night they struck about every 15 minutes. Sirens are constant and helicopters pass overhead often. We got water for a few hours in our homes last night, and now it is for half a day. Electricity came on this afternoon. Gas has not yet come on.
But all of this is by area. Some people have these things, others do not. No one has washed for several days. We feel grubby, but there are so much more important concerns than that for us now. I love this peeling away of non-essentials. Living fully on the level of instinct, of intuition, of caring, of what is needed for survival, not just of me, but of the entire group.
There are strange parallel universes happening. Houses are a mess in some places, yet then there is a house with futons or laundry out drying in the sun. People lining up for water and food, and yet a few people out walking their dogs, all happening at the same time.
Other unexpected touches of beauty are first, the silence at night. No cars, no one out on the streets. And the heavens at night are scattered with stars. I usually can see about two, but now the whole sky is filled. The Sendai Mountains are solid and with the crisp air we can see them silhouetted against the sky magnificently.
And the Japanese themselves are so wonderful. I come back to my shack to check on it each day, now to send this e-mail since the electricity is on, and I find food and water left in my entranceway. I have no idea from whom, but it is there. Old men in green hats go from door to door checking to see if everyone is OK. People talk to complete strangers asking if they need help. I see no signs of fear; Resignation, yes, but fear or panic, no.
They tell us we can expect aftershocks, and even other major quakes, for another month or more. And we are getting constant tremors, rolls, shaking, rumbling. I am blessed in that I live in a part of Sendai that is a bit elevated, a bit more solid than other parts. (Note: Elevated regions usually occur from previous tectonic plate movements, that’s how mountains are created. An elevated, mountainous area can be a safer location during earthquakes and the following tremors). So, so far this area is better off than others. Last night my friend’s husband came in from the country, bringing food and water. Blessed again.
Somehow at this time I realize from direct experience that there is indeed an enormous Cosmic evolutionary step that is occurring all over the world right at this moment. And somehow as I experience the events happening now in Japan, I can feel my heart opening very wide. My brother asked me if I felt so small because of all that is happening. I feel as part of something happening that much larger than myself. This wave of birthing (worldwide) is hard and yet magnificent.

As discussed in the video, clean drinking water is necessary to life. A person can survive (3 Days Only) without clean drinking water. When I purchased my filter system from Sawyer, they as yet had not developed the camel pack water system which I described to you as my modified camel pack. Food…
In the video we talked about following the migratory trails of animals to find food and water sources; however, you need to have food supplies in your backpacks as well. You need to have food sources with you that are freeze-dried, easily stored, and lightweight so that it can be carried in your backpack without taking up a lot of space. The food items pictured below are the food sources I have in my survival backpack, so I recommend these. Appropriate Clothing…
You should have a good pair of hiking boots with ankle support. You should also have a down vest to wear either over your shirt or sweat shirts, or under a heavy jacket. You should also have a knit hat, gloves, and thick heavy socks, sturdy jeans, a pair of gloves for everyday wear, and a pair of good leather gloves for dealing with the cutting of woods and timbers when you need to build a shelter, or climb on rough rocks.

You need a lightweight camping tent…
The one shown here is lightweight and affordable; however, you may also find others similar to this for less money at stores like Walmart, Target, and Kmart so don’t be afraid to shop around. The one pictured here costs $99.50, a fair price for a good quality, lightweight tent.
Sleeping Bags…
I recommend a lightweight “down” sleeping bag. Down feathers compress nicely making the bag easy to roll up tight and tie to your backpack frame.

Final Thoughts…
Being prepared is a responsible way to express your love for both yourself and those near to you whom you love, including your neighbors. If your neighborhood does not have a community plan for rescue and survival supports, why not coordinate a neighbor hood meeting; perhaps start a community garden. If we work together we can be the ones that save ourselves.
A Conclusion That Has No End…
We have seen with the flooding related to Hurricane Katrina that our government was not prepared to support the people in New Orleans, people suffered as a result. Many lives were lost. It is time for each of us to decide how best to help one another and ourselves. We cannot depend on an obviously corrupted political infra-structure to help America anymore. Today in America, as in the past, America must once again stand together as “We the People” in support of one another.

Is God Punishing Mankind When Natural Disasters Strike?

Sometimes in the midst of tragedy the isolation of self is swallowed up in the unification of Care and Compassion for all thereby uniting the un-unified…
On March 11th 2011 everyone’s eyes turned towards Japan in witness of the terrible natural disasters that pounded humanity, twice over….first an earthquake followed with the tsunami that engulfed many villages, peoples, and Japanese communities, literally swallowing them up. Knowing that so many people were suffering, and would continue to suffer, really upset me and I could not keep these thoughts from replaying in my mind.
I have known that one of the most seemingly impossible tasks one can ever undertake is the rebuilding of ones life, and more importantly, one’s hopes to feel happy again in life after undergoing such devastation and tragedy. So on March 16th I was at the gym and an Asian woman sat near me. Because of the recentness of these events, I wanted to ask her if she had any family affected by the incidents in Japan though I did not want to appear to stereotype her; knowing that just because one has slanted eyes does not mean they are Japanese.
So I asked with apologetics, “I am not trying to stereo-type here, but are you from Japan because I was wondering if you or your family had been affected by the recent earthquake and tsunami?” This person smiled and said, “I am not Japanese, I am Chinese, though I was born in Viet Nam, so I guess I am Vietnamese of Chinese decent.” She then added, “No, I have no family there.”
Well I did end up feeling a little odd for asking her the, “are you Japanese” question; and I was glad I did not offend her; however, what she said next really shocked me….
She asked me if I were Christian… Then she added, “I think God is punishing Japan for being so greedy and stealing the border lands of China and Russia; adding because they did this, God is punishing them…. Wow I thought, am I hearing this? Later that same day I heard that a well known social media personality had insinuated the same idea, which had not been well received. O.K. then, let’s look at these very complicated and stereo-typed mindsets; and let’s look at why people form the belief patterns that they do.
What are the influencing factors that cause them to formulate these beliefs?…

Disasters Occur when Hazards meet Vulnerability…
What is in the path of Nature's Eruptions?
By definition, a natural disaster is the effect of a natural hazard (e.g., flood, tornado, hurricane, volcanic eruption, earthquake, or landslide). It leads to financial, environmental, or human losses.
The resulting loss depends on the vulnerability of the affected population to resist the hazard. This is also referred to as their resilience. This understanding is concentrated in the formulation that: “disasters occur when hazards meet vulnerability.”
A natural hazard will therefore never result in a natural disaster in areas without vulnerability, e.g. strong earthquakes in uninhabited areas pose no threat to human vulnerability. The term natural has consequently been disputed because the events simply are not hazards or disasters without human involvement.
So it appears that the laws of nature apply in that occurrences of natural events are just that, natural events; and that they will only become a disaster in the sense that they are able to disrupt life or the living. It is important to remember that in nature erosion is a necessity in the process of re-building environmental life structure itself. Therefore human involvement in these natural events will determine the influence of the event as being a disaster or a part of naturally occurring events in the process of living nature itself.
Japan is a heavily congested area; I believe the last I heard the population ratio per mile was at 3000 people per mile. It is therefore only logical to understand that when a natural environmental incident occurs in a heavily populated area, that it will have a devastating effect on the vulnerabilities encountered in a heavily populated region of land that is, due to its population ratio vulnerable and therefore un-prepared to face such an encounter. In this way the natural occurrence becomes a naturally occurring disaster towards the humanity within a vulnerable area.
What is God?
So with this in mind, is God Punishing Japan; or are there external influencing factors?
What is God? More importantly, what are the attributes of a God?
If we believe that God is a living being; and also that God created the life forces found within nature itself, then it would be important to correlate the purpose of God as a Life Creator as pertains to the occurrences of natural hazards, e.g. natural disasters and how these events counter-balance each other within the context of whether these events are supportive to the furtherance of environmental life itself; or whether they are simply causal effects of additional and/or external environmental influencing factors.
As in example, and earthquake causes a displacement of earth mass leading to a tsunami in coastal regions. An earthquake is a response to another external influencer found in nature, such as in the shifting of earth mass, which can be caused by another influencing factor such as the shifting of gravitational polarities. So in this context, is it rational to assume that these natural events are being caused by a God so that he can use them to destroy the very life he originally created? Or are these things merely the forces of nature found in Natural Life itself?
Let’s look at this….
By definition God is most often conceived of as the supernatural creator, an overseer of the universe if you will. Theologians have ascribed a variety of attributes to the many different conceptions of God. The most common among these include omniscience (infinite knowledge), omnipotence (unlimited power), omnipresence (present everywhere), omnibenevolence (perfect goodness), divine simplicity, an eternal and necessary existence as the creation force of the living.
It is direct belief that influences a person’s outlook…
Many people have formed beliefs in various Gods as may pertain to their personal religions. For all individuals, it is their direct belief that influences their outlook on both their lives and that of their perceptions of what God is. Jesus was considered to be the Son of God; and yet, even as a God; he found himself vulnerable to the natural occurrences of human nature, and in that way was crucified by nature of another form, e.g. natural man. And yet, Jesus said these things of Man, “You are Gods in that the spirit of God dwells in you.” Jesus also said of God, “God is Love and Light, in him there is no darkness at all.” So it appears that the force of life, light, creation, and life existence all comes about because of God’s Love for Life, (as in all living things, including you and me.)
I have noticed that even though an attribute of God is defined as omnipotence, one having (unlimited power), there is no extinguishing of free will, free evolution, pertaining to any created living thing. All life forms are continuing on their natural paths.
However, mankind has, (as in the semblance of a God, e.g. a God Man, is the only life form having the ability to the attainment of conscious development leading to the processes of freewill choice); as such man is the only living creature that is capable of pre-destination. This gives mankind the god-like ability to change the course and nature of events in his life. Man can control his own destiny; not as with the environmental courses of nature which will always follow a predictable pattern according to the external environmental forces applied to themselves which promote a reaction through their external influences.
In the news recently I read due to the nuclear armament activity occurring within the borders of North Korea that North Korea has had to seek economic relief from China and Russia because of the economic embargos placed on this region by America in response to this nuclear armament. The American positions on these nuclear armament activities were causing greater separation of unilateral supportive bargaining and cooperation between America, China, North Korea, and Russia. Japan was vulnerably placed in the middle of these disputes also dependent upon these regions for its economic trade. Due to these recent tragedies though, America has come to the aide of Japan supplying highly technological avionics to support the rescue and relief efforts in Japan. This in turn has now caused civil disputes related to nuclear armament treaties to be replaced with a unilateral compassionate rescue and resource outreach within these regions thus serving as a positive influence towards the end of civil unrest and (for now), the threat of nuclear armament leading to war.
So, to me, it seems that it is not only the forces of nature coming to a civilization in the form of natural catastrophes that threaten mankind; but it is mankind himself that has potential to become his worst and tragic influencer towards the destruction of the life and the living of his own species.
Were we to become like true God Men and Women we would see the value of life, and instead of trying to find ways to destroy it; we would be actively working towards the support of life for all regardless of their position on the planet.
God, in great love, and as divine love itself through life creation, has given to man the ability to correct the course of his own life and save himself. If we are spending time judging another group of people and assuming that a god of the living would instigate death, destruction, and suffering; then truly we are not fulfilling our ability to be highly conscious human beings. Balance your rational mind with your heart of compassion, that would be my advice, for it is only through the influence of imbalance that tragedy arises.

When people become afraid that they are loosing their power to influence others, they begin to attempt to contemplate how to re-capture the allegiance of those that once looked to them for guidance and support. Today, it is clear that American politics have lost control of their ability to represent the American people, the American economy; and most importantly, to represent the integrity of their own office in service to America.
So when the people of America begin to feel the pinch of economic collapse; and are unable to receive assistance from their own government, they will begin to join together in protest of the un-equal balance in America between those that have and the majority that have not and are experiencing the worst of the financial hardships which today’s politicians have lined up for us. This will cause these corrupted leaders who seek support from the elitists’ which have driven America to her economic demise. This is when American will no longer be free. IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT?
Today our government is being run by the forces of the FFC. That is, Force, Fraud, and Coercion. This is the weapon that has literally murdered the individual aspirations of the American dream and America’s economy itself.
Now They Want to Totally Write a New Constitution (Excerpt)
Did you know that our elected officials have already considered enacting their NEW VERSION OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION? This “New Constitution” will attempt to implement complete and total governmental control of your life (UNDER LAW). America has been led and mislead so long that we are no longer able to comprehend the force, fraud, and coercion that is being levied against us by our own government.

(2) The proposed New US Constitution; this has been evaluated by congressional leaders. There are things that need to occur in order for this to work UNDER THE PASSAGE OF LAWS.
First the economy must collapse. There must be a state of Threat to National Security, EVEN FROM WITHIN US BORDERS. Marshall Law is inevitable under the civil unrest that can occur when people realize that they have been misled.
Some will say this Constitution sounds good. However, read closely. For Example here is an excerpt:
SECTION 12. No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. No property shall be taken without compensation.
The original: We hold these truths to be self-evident; all people are created equal and endowed by their creator with Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness. According to this new proposed constitution these are only available under law.
With regards to property, the original states, No property shall be transferred without just compensation. The word left out, ”Just”, meaning according to Market Value and this word to be taken out in this context, today would be totally un-constitutional. Why would anyone want to make the Constitution, Un-Constitutional?
You see, this cannot happen until Marshall Law is enacted due to economic collapse and the social unrest that is surely to follow . These are the corruptions of selfish motives and incentives that prosper only the corrupter, in this instance, the Ruling Class Elite.
TWELVE VISIONS PARTY REMEDY:
The Twelve Visions Party®, is a group of American citizens who understand the need to protect the rights of the individual, and our U.S. Constitution. Instead a REAL DIVIDEND will be established, the dividends of wealth, health, and prosperity. The Prime Law will do that.

The purpose of human life is to prosper and live happily
The function of government is to provide the conditions that let individuals fulfill that purpose.
The Prime Law guarantees those conditions by forbidding the use of initiatory force, fraud, or coercion by any person or group against any individual, property, or contract.
Article 1
No person, group of persons, or government shall initiate force, threat of force, or fraud against any individual, property, or contract.
Article 2
Force is morally-and-legally justified only for protection from those who violate Article 1.
Article 3
No exceptions shall exist for Articles 1 and 2.
So in reading this you can see that this can fully protect the American people, even from their own corrupted government. The Prime Law, as an amendment to the U.S. Constitution will return it to its origin of Protection for America and all Americans. There is no wiggle room when you eliminate force, fraud, and coercion.

Mug Shot of Injustice…Mom Jailed Why? She Couldn’t Get The Right School For Her Children.

“This Ohio mother of two was sentenced to 10 days in jail and placed on three years probation after sending her kids to a school district in which they did not live. Kelley Williams-Bolar was sentenced by Judge Patricia Cosgrove on Tuesday and will begin serving her sentence immediately.
The jury deliberated for seven hours and the courtroom was packed as the sentence was handed down. She was convicted on two counts of tampering with court records after registering her two girls as living with Williams Bolar’s father when they actually lived with her.
The family lived in the housing projects in Akron, Ohio, and the father’s address was in nearby Copley Township. Additionally, Williams-Bolar’s father, Edward L. Williams, was charged with a fourth-degree felony of grand theft, in which he and his daughter are charged with defrauding the school system for two years of educational services for their girls. The court determined that sending their children to the wrong school was worth $30,500 in tuition. - Dr. Boyce Watkins
As punishment for doing everything in her power to keep her children safe, Ms. Williams-Bolar, a single mother with no previous criminal record, has been made a felon by Ohio judge Patricia Cosgrove. In addition to jail time, a large fine and probation, Ms. Williams-Bolar’s felony conviction has also robbed her of her future.
“‘Because of the felony conviction, you will not be allowed to get your teaching degree under Ohio law as it stands today. The court’s taking into consideration that is also a punishment that you will have to serve.” – Judge Patricia Cosgrove
Although Ms. Williams-Bolar had nearly completed her education to become a teacher, under Ohio law felons are not permitted to teach. She has been robbed of the opportunity to elevate her life and the lives of her family through her own hard work. She has essentially handed a life sentence for attempting to protect her children. In a time of overwhelming economic disadvantage for so many US citizens, are loving single mothers like Williams-Bolar truly the enemy our court system should be making examples of in this way?
Ms. Williams-Bolar’s attorneys are currently preparing for an appeal. Please sign this petition to let Gov. Kasich know that you do not feel that Kelley Williams-Bolar’s punishment appropriately fits her crime, and that you both support and demand a full pardon.

How Happy are You America? Looking at Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness…

I think that there is absolute truth to the fact that being happy extends your very life.
Question, how do we fare here in America? Are we happy? What constitutes being a happy individual and, how does our health relate to our happiness level? It seems that we would need to be in good health to be happy. We would also need the ability to prosper so that we can enjoy our lifestyles. Let’s take a look at some interesting statistics identified in portions of a Harvard study I was listening to during a live recording from an alternative public radio station, *Sojourner Truth, on the subject of today’s mortality rates in America. This Harvard study initially focused their primary attention on disease as being the number one contributor to the shortened mortality rates in America today.

However, as they began to research the various diseases they discovered that there seems to be some definitive underlying factors that predisposed people to contracting various diseases; and therefore the focus of the study branched off into what those other factors were. Before we dive into that, let’s look at some mortality statistics within America today when compared to that of neighboring countries that are also considered among the wealthiest countries in the world.
In 2009, Congress funded a study on mortality rates in America and upon concluding their study it was reported that a young man of 25 years was less likely to reach retirement at age 65 when compared to men of the same age in other rich nations. In researching those comparative statistics it was also discovered that 45 countries have a better chance of attaining longer life spans than we do here in America today.
When looking at infant mortality rates, it was discovered that 41 nations have a lower child mortality rates pertaining to those children being able to reach the age of 5 years than do we here in America. There seemed to be a direct correlation between these countries and ourselves in that these other countries all provided health care for their populations; and had seemingly better infant health care systems than do we here in America. This made me think of the day I gave birth to my son. On that day, there were 13 women in labor in the maternity ward, and there were only two OBGYNs’ on hand.
Of these thirteen women in labor, ten gave birth via C-Section and the rest were naturally born. I was one of the lucky ones in that I did not even see my doctor during my eighteen hours of labor until I was rushed into the delivery room already giving natural birth. I had to wonder as I lay next to a woman in pain having had a C-Section; just how many of those women having this procedure did so due to the under staffing of the OBGYNs’ on that day?
In 1960 it was noted that only 14 other countries had better health care than did we in America; today however America, along with Kroweshia, Afghanistan, Africa, and Iraq are among the countries today noted in the Harvard study as having the least adequate health care programs for their populations. So let’s look at the quality of health care in America today as provided with the Obama Care Plan, or, the Health Care Reform Act HR3200 that was recently passed into law in both the House and Senate. Rather, let’s look at who was behind the influence in creating this bill and assuring that it would become Law.
If you watched the specifics of this Senate Bill from this blog’s link you will see that this Bill, HR3200, actually limits our ability to receive adequate and comprehensive health care. So we have to ask, is the President’s power being trumped by something that is actually more powerful than the President’s own ability as President to provide a quality health care program for America? If so, what could that power be? That power is “Numbers”…
These numbers are to the tune of 375 million dollars. These are the numbers that private interest lobbyist groups, mostly contributions from the Health and Insurance Industries, have contributed to Congressional Leaders to influence the debate and the outcome of the health care reform bill, as well as its passage into law. This is the most money ever poured into any one issue in the history of our country. This money has been mostly used to stop reform in the healthcare industry related to regulating the costs of health care procedures and pharmaceutical necessities; and in so doing excessively weakens America’s ability to provide comprehensive health care to its citizens.

“Do you think that these companies expect a return on their investment?”
Senator Sanders stated, “You bet they do, adding that America has become way too corporatized, if not controlled by corporate interests.” He gives an example of how in America today we pay the highest prices for prescription drugs than any oth
er country in the world, stating the reason for this as being that drug companies pour millions and millions of dollars into the political processes that regulate health care issues, including prescription drugs.
He adds that…
“America is the only country in the industrialized world that does not provide health care for its citizens.”
“This is because the hospitals, the health care insurance industries, and the pharmaceutical companies are all making billions of dollars right now, and they don’t want us to touch their profits. And they are going to influence legislation in order to protect their assets.” This lack of caring and sharing coming from our elected officials is one of the direct contributors to the lessened longevity of, We the People, in America today. We’ll identify the three major causes at the conclusion of this blog.
Hummm…. Is America way too corporatized? Under the First Amendment, individuals have their inalienable rights to pursue prosperity, correct? However, Ted Olsen, former Solicitor General for the Bush Administration stated in a report to the Senate that Corporations have the right to their first amendment rights just as do individuals.
According to Mr. Olsen corporations should have the right to become major share holders in the American economy, and they should be allowed to fund their corporate prosperities through legislation in their efforts to achieve their own economic prosperity in America, just as do individuals in America today. Their investments should be considered individual investments, and as such should be protected under law.
Upon hearing this, Ruth Ginsburg the Associate Justice of the Supreme Court; who also was instrumental in launching the Women’s Rights Project of the American Civil Liberties Organization, posed this question to Mr. Olsen with regard to his reasoning in formulating this idea pertaining to corporations as individuals. Here is how their discussion went…
Ruth Ginsburg asks… 
O.K., let’s look at some important points in this discussion…
First of all, Mr. Olsen states, “The Court” makes no distinction based upon the nature of the entity that might own a share of a corporation. Did you notice that now the entity that is “The Court” is somehow making conclusions about what and individual, and individual rights are? Hummm, does that mean that the plural entity that is the Court now over rides the US Constitution that sets in place the protection of the rights of the individual?
Does this mean that “The Court” through its laws cancels out the U.S. Constitution’s? But Justice Ginsburg makes a valid point worth considering. So what happens if the major shareholders in the American economy are shareholders from other countries, and their interests may be contrary to guaranteeing the health and economic prosperity of our country itself?
Now I have no problems with international businesses crossing over throughout the world to support world-wide business collaborations to the benefit of all here in America; but what Ruth Ginsburg is concerned about is the un-equal benefit to these corporations over individual American citizens themselves; as corporations use financial leverage through their congressional contributions, which are then able to manipulate laws to facilitate their own prosperity at the expense of the American people and the economy itself.
Because of the severely wavering economic stability of individual citizens in our society today, these individuals simply do not have the economic means to make their interests heard in the House and Senate as do corporations. Bottom line, poverty in America has become the new American dream, perhaps nightmare, as state by state unemployment rates continue to rise above 9% in each state.
Now going back to the Harvard study, in addition to lack of sharing and caring pertaining to assuring people that they can have access to comprehensive preventative medical treatment; for the most part, today’s medicine focuses on disease instead of what makes people susceptible to illness. Within the Harvard study findings it was discovered that these health disparities in longevity were also directly related to economic status.
American Individual Prosperity…
Today in America 7% of our national population live in poverty. Minimally 9% of all Americans in each state are unemployed. While American’s line the corners heading to the food banks and unemployment lines; our government is bailing out big corporations, banks, and wealthy investors on Wall Street with billions of tax payer dollars.
In a major filibuster speech given by Senator Bernie Sanders to Congress in December of 2009 Senator Sanders states, “Mr. President, in the year 2007, as the Middle class began to collapse, the top 1% of earners in the United States made 23 ½% of all income, more than the entire bottom 50%. The percentage of income going to the top 1% nearly tripled since the 1970s’. Today, if you can believe it, the top 1/10 of 1% earns about 12¢ of every dollar earned in America. If anybody takes a little time to research these statistics it is clear to see that while the Middle Class is collapsing, the top 1% are doing extremely well while the bottom 50% continue their decline into poverty.”
Poverty leads to depression and a sense of helplessness that does not support a happy and healthy outlook on life, or life itself for that matter. This directly predisposes the poor to illness and shortened longevity according to the Harvard study. Poverty also increases the likelihood that individuals will end up incarcerated within the prison systems. Today in America 1 in 100 are incarcerated.
Today America’s Department of Corrections is the largest run correctional establishment throughout the world. If we are free, why do we need the largest department of corrections? Also, it was noted that children growing up in poverty are more likely to find themselves in the correctional institutions before the age of 15. And it is widely known that America’s prison systems have very poor health care provisions for their inmates. Recently I read that the D.O.C., Department of Corrections, was considering pardoning those with terminal illness early, releasing them into the social system for their care. I have to ask, in our current failing health care system that offers little assurance of needed treatment to those individuals that can afford health insurance, what is the likelihood that these early release individuals will find the health care they need to treat their terminal illnesses?
Where is the protection for the American people? How can we attain our inalienable rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness in today’s societal system?
And, what are the key killers in today’s society that predisposes us to dying? They are…
Lack of Societal Caring and Sharing…
Early Life Disadvantage…
- Where is the Heart of American Morality?
And Poverty…
My Friends, these three things seem to be the very things that we are being forced to endure under our current political structure in America. For our government to force us into complacency, disadvantaged health care, and poverty is immoral; and represents political corruption in its entirety. So why is this occurring? It is because our current elected officials are allowing the flaws of their own human nature to dictate the outcomes of our lives; and, it is all because of their greed and selfishness.
This is clearly evident in our current economic system. We must remember the power of the few political elite on top is totally dependant on the obedience of the majority on the bottom. Are we to be obedient to these political elite that sail away on their yachts with the American tax payers providing the winds for their sales? These political elite are forcing America and her American Citizens into poverty through coercive laws and regulations to the demise of our very own inalienable right to life, liberty, and now, even hope for pursuing happiness.
Now it is not too late to use our majority vote to bring back the sound leverage of fairness and honesty in political practices. We have not lost the power of our vote. Your vote, in the long run is more cost-effective to the politician than the millions that lobbyist groups and corporations can pour into their coffers. Without you and me they too will find themselves in the ranks of the unemployed.
I suggest to you that only a politician that is dedicated to fully operational honesty, without compromise, is capable of representing his or her people. Are You Ready to Retire at Age 70? Newly Proposed Law is Nothing More Than Political Power Grabbing of Your S.S.I. Retirement Savings…
Today a law is being drafted that will require you to work until the age of 70 before you can benefit from your Social Security Retirement Benefits which you have had deducted from your wages since the day you began to work. Additionally, new laws are being drafted with significantly cut funding to medical services to the disabled and elderly under the current governmental funded Medical Program.
Why is this occurring? The ever standing answer coming to the American citizens is to balance the budget and reduce the deficit. O.K., let’s look at America’s budget. Today 57% of governmental spending, which adds consistently to national debt with out putting anything back, comes from the military, in large part going towards continued arms development.
In comparison, today according to the Social Security Trustees, the Social Security Trust Fund will be able to pay full benefits until 2037, and incoming payroll taxes will be sufficient to pay about 78 percent of benefits thereafter.
Even though these are accurate current statistics, our government is telling its America People that the SSI Administration system is out of funds, or will shortly be going bankrupt; when, in fact the SSI Administration is currently solvent. So why are we being told that because the SSI funds are so greatly diminished we must now consider having the retirement age increased to the age of 70 years?
I believe it is because of political greed coupled with political ambition. How do these two things play into the picture as a whole? The politicians continue to line the pockets of their corporate and privatized agenda programs that do nothing to actually benefit the individual American citizens through your taxed dollars.
However, these same politicians wish to maintain their current political ambitions by remaining in office, and to do this they need your vote. However, they cannot continue to receive your vote of confidence if they continue to raise your taxes. So why not tap into your Social Security retirement funds; better yet, why not privatize these services to privately owned and politically directed corporations which then can tap into your retirement savings to fund their personal, political, and corporate agendas while they remain in office under your vote!
These politicians currently use this modest gap in long-term funding of the SSI Administration as a pretext to justify proposals for large cuts in Social Security benefits. One frequently-discussed change to Social Security is to increase the age at which a retiree receives full benefits. With this in place, these politically agenda driven politicians can tap into your savings. In essence, forcing you to work longer for less. Does that sound like something that is protecting you, or even in your best interest? Let’s look at the effect that change would place on your livelihood and your life itself.
For most workers, increasing the full retirement age, which currently is 66, will result in a cut in those worker’s benefits. This is especially true for seniors who take early retirement at age 62. For these seniors, the Social Security benefit is currently reduced by 30 percent. By increasing a person’s full retirement age to the age of 70, as some advocate, the ending result would be a reduction in their benefit of about 45 percent.
Some of us have the means to retire on reduced Social Security benefits at age 62. But what about those who don’t want to retire that soon, but are forced to do so? Those who advocate for a higher retirement age reluctantly agree that some workers won’t be able to stay in the labor force until they are age 70 either because they have physically-demanding jobs, or those whose health worsens as they age, may also not be able to work until age 70. The remedy proposed by these advocates is to apply for Social Security disability benefits. This sounds like a workable solution, but is it? Let’s consider how the disability program works today.
Although economists and others have proposed raising Social Security’s retirement age, such a dramatic change should not be made without considering what it will mean for millions of America’s workers. It will mean especially deep cuts for those who can afford them least – lower income workers and those whose physically-demanding occupations make it impossible for them to work to up until the age of 70. In an easy attempt to sidestep these problems, our government suggests that affected workers can just apply for disability. Let’s look at that option…
The Disability Program’s definition of disability is very tough. In fact, it is one of the most restrictive definitions of disability among all of the government’s disability programs. It’s possible, for example, to qualify for disability benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs or from Civil Service and still not qualify for Social Security disability.
Why is this? It’s all in the program’s definition of disability. To qualify for Social Security disability, a worker must be unable to perform any substantial work due to the worker’s physical and/or medical condition. Not only must the disabling condition be severe, it must be long-lasting. Those with short-term disabilities cannot qualify.
Benefits can’t be paid for a partial disability. A worker is either 100 percent disabled or is denied benefits. Only those with the most severe disabilities can qualify. That leaves out many people in their early to mid 60′s who have health problems that limit their ability to work without being totally disabled. For example, a recent report by the Social Security Administration’s Inspector General revealed that the DDSs deny 78 percent of all cases involving disorders of the back. They also deny 81 percent of cases involving diabetes and 80 percent of claims involving disorders of the muscles and ligaments. And these are just the kinds of impairments that affect older workers.
If qualifying for disability is so difficult, where would increasing the retirement age leave older workers? They would remain in the workforce if possible, yes. But what if these workers lose their jobs? Finding new employment is challenging for older workers in the best of times. It is even more difficult during economic downturns like the one we are experiencing today with an over-all unemployment rate of 9.7% per State and rising. The alternative simply would be for an individual to accept a massive reduction in Social Security benefits. That’s bad for older workers and its bad for America.
Faced with the added stressors of poverty, plausible homelessness, and the lack of adequate medical care, these seniors would inevitably perish – the burden of life now too difficult to manage. In death these helpless Americans, made helpless by their own government, would then leave their monies to remain in the SSI Administration account to be distributed out as per governmental discretion.
I personally see only tyranny in our current corrupted political system. Now, let’s compare your options in a Twelve Visions Party Protection Only Government. Basically, the Prime Law is one of non-initiatory force being levied in any way over one’s individual life, their organizational developments in business, or as may pertain to the establishing and keeping of their personal property, and (this would include your Social Security Retirement Savings).
