Is God Punishing Mankind When Natural Disasters Strike?

Sometimes in the midst of tragedy the isolation of self is swallowed up in the unification of Care and Compassion for all thereby uniting the un-unified…

On March 11^th 2011 everyone’s eyes turned towards Japan in witness of the terrible natural disasters that pounded humanity, twice over….first an earthquake followed with the tsunami that engulfed many villages, peoples, and Japanese communities, literally swallowing them up.   Knowing that so many people were suffering, and would continue to suffer, really upset me and I could not keep these thoughts from replaying in my mind.

I have known that one of the most seemingly impossible tasks one can ever undertake is the rebuilding of ones life, and more importantly, one’s hopes to feel happy again in life after undergoing such devastation and tragedy.    So on March 16th I was at the gym and an Asian woman sat near me.  Because of the recentness of these events, I wanted to ask her if she had any family affected by the incidents in Japan though I did not want to appear to stereotype her; knowing that just because one has slanted eyes does not mean they are Japanese.

So I asked with apologetics, “I am not trying to stereo-type here, but are you from Japan because I was wondering if you or your family had been affected by the recent earthquake and tsunami?”  This person smiled and said, “I am not Japanese, I am Chinese, though I was born in Viet Nam, so I guess I am Vietnamese of Chinese decent.”  She then added, “No, I have no family there.”

Well I did end up feeling a little odd for asking her the, “are you Japanese” question; and I was glad I did not offend her; however, what she said next really shocked me….

She asked me if I were Christian…  Then she added, “I think God is punishing Japan for being so greedy and stealing the border lands of China and Russia; adding because they did this, God is punishing them….   Wow I thought, am I hearing this?   Later that same day I heard that a well known social media personality had insinuated the same idea, which had not been well received.  O.K. then, let’s look at these very complicated and stereo-typed mindsets; and let’s look at why people form the belief patterns that they do.

What are the influencing factors that cause them to formulate these beliefs?…

Notice the cries of those affected; how can anyone think that a loving god wants this suffering?

Disasters Occur when Hazards meet Vulnerability… 

 

What is in the path of Nature's Eruptions?

 

 

 By definition, a natural disaster is the effect of a natural hazard (e.g., flood, tornado, hurricane, volcanic eruption, earthquake, or landslide). It leads to financial, environmental, or human losses.

The resulting loss depends on the vulnerability of the affected population to resist the hazard. This is also referred to as their resilience. This understanding is concentrated in the formulation that: “disasters occur when hazards meet vulnerability.”

A natural hazard will therefore never result in a natural disaster in areas without vulnerability, e.g. strong earthquakes in uninhabited areas pose no threat to human vulnerability. The term natural has consequently been disputed because the events simply are not hazards or disasters without human involvement.

So it appears that the laws of nature apply in that occurrences of natural events are just that, natural events; and that they will only become a disaster in the sense that they are able to disrupt life or the living.  It is important to remember that in nature erosion is a necessity in the process of re-building environmental life structure itself.    Therefore human involvement in these natural events will determine the influence of the event as being a disaster or a part of naturally occurring events in the process of living nature itself.

Japan is a heavily congested area; I believe the last I heard the population ratio per mile was at 3000 people per mile.   It is therefore only logical to understand that when a natural environmental incident occurs in a heavily populated area, that it will have a devastating effect on the vulnerabilities encountered in a heavily populated region of land that is, due to its population ratio vulnerable and therefore un-prepared to face such an encounter.   In this way the natural occurrence becomes a naturally occurring disaster towards the humanity within a vulnerable area.

What is God?

So with this in mind, is God Punishing Japan; or are there external influencing factors? 

What is God?  More importantly, what are the attributes of a God?

 If we believe that God is a living being; and also that God created the life forces found within nature itself, then it would be important to correlate the purpose of God as a Life Creator as pertains to the occurrences of natural hazards, e.g. natural disasters and how these events counter-balance each other within the context of whether these events are supportive to the furtherance of environmental life itself; or whether they are simply causal effects of additional and/or external environmental influencing factors.

As in example, and earthquake causes a displacement of earth mass leading to a tsunami in coastal regions.  An earthquake is a response to another external influencer found in nature, such as in the shifting of earth mass, which can be caused by another influencing factor such as the shifting of gravitational polarities.  So in this context, is it rational to assume that these natural events are being caused by a God so that he can use them to destroy the very life he originally created?   Or are these things merely the forces of nature found in Natural Life itself?

Let’s look at this….

By definition God is most often conceived of as the supernatural creator, an overseer of the universe if you will. Theologians have ascribed a variety of attributes to the many different conceptions of God. The most common among these include omniscience (infinite knowledge), omnipotence (unlimited power), omnipresence (present everywhere), omnibenevolence (perfect goodness), divine simplicity, an eternal and necessary existence as the creation force of the living.

 

It is direct belief that influences a person’s outlook…  

Many people have formed beliefs in various Gods as may pertain to their personal religions. For all individuals, it is their direct belief that influences their outlook on both their lives and that of their perceptions of what God is.  Jesus was considered to be the Son of God; and yet, even as a God; he found himself vulnerable to the natural occurrences of human nature, and in that way was crucified by nature of another form, e.g. natural man.   And yet, Jesus said these things of Man, “You are Gods in that the spirit of God dwells in you.”   Jesus also said of God, “God is Love and Light, in him there is no darkness at all.”    So it appears that the force of life, light, creation, and life existence all comes about because of God’s Love for Life, (as in all living things, including you and me.)

 

I have noticed that even though an attribute of God is defined as omnipotence, one having (unlimited power), there is no extinguishing of free will, free evolution, pertaining to any created living thing. All life forms are continuing on their natural paths.

However, mankind has, (as in the semblance of a God, e.g. a God Man, is the only life form having the ability to the attainment of conscious development leading to the processes of freewill choice); as such man is the only living creature that is capable of pre-destination.  This gives mankind the god-like ability to change the course and nature of events in his life.  Man can control his own destiny; not as with the environmental courses of nature which will always follow a predictable pattern according to the external environmental forces applied to themselves which promote a reaction through their external influences.

In the news recently I read due to the nuclear armament activity occurring within the borders of North Korea that North Korea has had to seek economic relief from China and Russia because of the economic embargos placed on this region by America in response to this nuclear armament.   The American positions on these nuclear armament activities were causing greater separation of unilateral supportive bargaining and cooperation between America, China, North Korea, and Russia.  Japan was vulnerably placed in the middle of these disputes also dependent upon these regions for its economic trade.  Due to these recent tragedies though, America has come to the aide of Japan supplying highly technological avionics to support the rescue and relief efforts in Japan.   This in turn has now caused civil disputes related to nuclear armament treaties to be replaced with a unilateral compassionate rescue and resource outreach within these regions thus serving as a positive influence towards the end of civil unrest and (for now), the threat of nuclear armament leading to war.

So, to me, it seems that it is not only the forces of nature coming to a civilization in the form of natural catastrophes that threaten mankind; but it is mankind himself that has potential to become his worst and tragic influencer towards the destruction of the life and the living of his own species.

Were we to become like true God Men and Women we would see the value of life, and instead of trying to find ways to destroy it; we would be actively working towards the support of life for all regardless of their position on the planet.

God, in great love, and as divine love itself through life creation, has given to man the ability to correct the course of his own life and save himself.   If we are spending time judging another group of people and assuming that a god of the living would instigate death, destruction, and suffering; then truly we are not fulfilling our ability to be highly conscious human beings.   Balance your rational mind with your heart of compassion, that would be my advice, for it is only through the influence of imbalance that tragedy arises.

The 3000 Year Old Secret, Restoring Man’s Humanity to Man

In posting this video, it is my hope that All People will begin to understand just how far we have removed ourselves from that 3000 year old secret…

What is that secret?  The Purpose of Human Life is to Prosper and Live Happily.  We should love one another as we also love ourselves.

Love brings respect towards all life.  Respecting life requires that an individual ensure that they are not causing the removal of those things which bring prosperity and happiness into the lives of others, wherever they may be.

Another Question…

What has removed this purpose from mankind today?  It is man’s inhumanity to man.  How has this come into being?   The Answer is Force!  Humanity has been forced into forgetting that we have the right to live our lives in prosperity and happiness.   We have forgotten the age old standard of Loving One Another.

We have been forced rather to think about our own survival.  This attitude has historically always led to a “Kill or Be Killed” type of society, and has been the cause of many wars.

Our government is broken because we no longer look to ourselves to establish the life that we desire; instead we are waiting for our political system to make things better.   Our government has made the American people dependent on this broken system of flaw filled agendas and dishonesties.

It is impossible!  For now, mankind is mired in political depravity through deceit and the flaws of non-responsibility, coupled with non-conscious reasoning in decision-making.  Politics in America today is now only left with agendas driven by motives that are not designed to protect our individual’s right to live a life of freedom, happiness, and prosperity in this country and throughout the world.  This is the Nature of what Mr. Hamilton calls, “Flaw Filled Man.”

As I Think, Therefore I Am

I like to research and study many ancient manuscripts and writings from previous histories in time.  I came across this document recently taken from gnostic writings older than the dead sea scrolls.  Let’s take a look.

“As by fire the dross of metal is burned and cast out, leaving that which is pure; so created I the righteous with light from My countenance, to burn out the dross which the wicked nestle into their bosoms.In this, man shall perceive that it is the dross that heals Me and My chosen.

Go, then, deliver the wicked which have been trapped in darkness, and make them clean with water and with fire, and ye shall find a star in every soul.And as many of these as you deliver from darkness, so is your glory in My etherean kingdoms in universe high.

Each deliverer is as a sun around which these stars congregate, and they magnify one another forever. And when these stars have grown, they also go and do in like manner; for it is of such that My exalted ones are in the highest heavens, whom ye call Gods and Lords, and justly so, because of their supremacy.”

After I finished reading this, for some reason I went back to a memory of myself singing that song…This little light of mine, I’m going to let it shine

Such encompassing love….to reach out to those in the outer reaches of hopelessness and despair to bring them into their own inner light. That of The Child of the Universe within just waiting to be birthed into immortal supremacy as the gods and goddesses they were destined to be. How can we think, when looking at the all-encompassing beauty that is life and life’s creations that we are not a part of the bigger picture?

If I think and therefore I am, then as a creator of mine own immortal existence, even as a starlight from the heavens beyond…I truly am God. Perhaps this is why Moses was answered with, “I am that I am.” our outcomes continue to unfold and then evolve into that which will become our citizenry in the Civilization that knows no death. The Civilization of the Universe of Love and Light.

Sorry; had to use a little word play.   I have recently been in the company of two men that began to cry in my presence.   For one man, he was visiting a missed AA friend and had missed him.   He asked me in passing if I had seen this man and in our conversation we began getting into the nitty gritty of his current life situation.     He explained that he had been sober for two years, “Clearly he was somewhat intoxicated during our conversation.”

As I listened to him I focused on the words that were being left un-said.  I could sense his feelings of self-defeat and self rejection.   He wanted to reach out to someone for help but he was not quite there yet.  Why do I say that? He had not yet reached the point of self-honesty….He had not come to the point of looking at the why of the matter (his drinking served only as a substitute for something lying deep within).

The pain he felt was very deep, I could feel this pain literally vibrating out from his being coupled with the distortions of frustration and attitudes of criticizing himself as a failure.   Instead of playing into some type of superficial apologetics with him, essentially feeding his lie; I told him he should not condemn himself for being who he is.   I explained that within him exist all the possibilities of becoming the beautiful person he currently is and will become.  I added that he should see his life as a journey towards the fulfillment of his development as a complete immortal and god-like being because, in fact, the presence of God “our light spark of life” is always within him; both inside and outside of his physical being.

He began to wipe a tear from his eye and said, “You are making me cry.”   I explained that he was crying because within his heart he knew what I was saying was true.   He knew who he was and that when he is able to develop his self love to the point that he is willing to make developmental changes; his life will attract to itself all of those things he has already attained to within his heart, mind, soul connection.

Then the next day, another male friend of mine came over….his clothing held the stench of the day before and he was lethargic….I told him, “You’ve been up all night and are wearing the clothes you wore yesterday…what’s wrong?”   He began to explain that he had been laid off from his job and was really hurt because of this….he stated the stress and deprecation of his value as a person really brought him down and he felt frustrated and didn’t know where to go.

Then he began to apologize because he too had begun to wipe tears from his eyes.  He is a home owner so he was not looking for a place to stay…I employ his services to help with some things for me at times.    I got him a tissue and gave him a distant hug and suggested that we go for a walk because just walking and talking would make him feel better; adding humorously that it would also air out his clothes.   Then, right on cue….my son ran to the bathroom and got his body spray and handed it to the man….Ray, my son, really likes this guy.

After our talk and discussing the steps that needed to be taken he felt a lot better and was able to push aside all of those negative emotions and do as I suggested, JUST GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO RELAX AND FOCUS YOUR THOUGHTS.    Today we are constantly getting negative input from all around us.   Negative input does not necessarily mean something that is negative.   Stimulation is pleasant; however over stimulation is really a detriment as it can separate us from our logical thought and rational reasoning.    We get in such a hurry to speed up events in our lives that we so often find ourselves rushing in where angels fear to tread.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE…..   Loving ourselves reminds us to value both ourselves and others.  It causes us to feel responsible for our feelings, our self affirmations, and the development of our integrity which brings to us self-respect.    Better yet, when we do this….we are instilling these ideas within ourselves in order to remember to do the same for others.

This is what I call developing valuable relationships.  If I have lifted up a run down soul to the possibility of understanding their own deity of the super soul as a universal creation of life….then I have formed a perfect union.

Seeing The Vision…

Each generation of mankind is responsible for the generations to come.   But when we seek to gratify ourselves only, without consideration for the future of our planet, our people, and our children, we become irresponsible to our responsibility for the cultivation and protection of life itself.

Our Constitution includes its Bill of Rights which tells us that we are endowed with the right to attain life, liberty, and a personal pursuit of happiness.  However, because of the suppression of those rights as enforced through the current practices of today’s dishonest leadership, we find it seemingly impossible to hope for these very basic components of human existence.  Our Bill of Rights needs become a “Bill of Responsibility,” one which can sustain life’s value for each individual, and our planet itself.

Somehow today, the focus towards these life liberating values has changed within our social infra-structure and is now manipulated by our misguided and flaw filled governing political practices.   This flaw filled political framework has greatly removed itself from the representation of these values for all people in our civilization today.  Rather, the focus seems to be one of personal gain, and the usage and abuses of our world because it is now seen as a commodity instead of a resource.  And so the powerful mechanism of dishonest gain removes life’s resources, no matter at what cost to the quality of human existence.

We hear many people claiming that they have rights to this and that; and yet they do not claim responsibility for maintaining those rights in a way that truthfully looks at the value of the commodities as resources which need to be renewed and restored continually.

Today, our sense of life and living evolves around economics.  We see our world as a commodity which is to be used…and not as the resource to human habitation it was meant to be…

We seek to take from the world that which will sustain us….the earth is the substance of life to all living things…To be responsible is to understand that when you take something away, you must also incorporate a way to sustain that resource and replenish it…you must put something back.   We continually take, and take, and take for the net profit; and yet we do not perceive with responsible hearts the need to replenish those life resources we continually take from our habitation.

Our world today is run by corporations and their economic values.   Corporations see the life-giving resources of our planet, (including you and I – the working class), as commodities instead of life-sustaining values which are needed to support the human experience.   The governing bodies of our society and in the world today are named by economic experts as, “The 100 Most Powerful Economic Units in the World.”   These powerful entities are sub-classed as Units.”  Today experts state that 49 of these Units are Countries and 51 are Corporations.   What does that mean to you and me?   It means that Corporations are the driving forces behind the decision-making within our civilization today.

These corporations are not concerned with human rights, they are not concerned with human life, and they are not even concerned with paying the proper wage for the people working for them.   So what kind of decisions are being made on our behalf by the economic powers of these controlling world economic Units?   Today, because of these Units, our society is driven by economics and not common sense.

These Corporation Units are being driven by the materialism of net worth without respect to the cost that their endeavors are actualizing for the people in society today, as well as the future generations of our civilization!    These corporate leaders which are controlling our economy are focused on power and authority… at any cost…in order to continue to generate the NET WORTH of Commerce  and power to the share  holder elite mechanism.

Today our leaders have sold the life-giving resources of the world into the hands of corrupt economics that continually rape the planet of its life-giving resources without thought for the impact on future generations.   Our Politicians have gone so far as to put a price on human life; and now attempt to regulate life’s duration via this new health care bill for which you are ordered to buy into in order to sustain your health and life according the power grabbing elite in government.

Can This Advancement of Corporate Industry Sustain Life?

Do they care about YOUR life, or are you just considered a negative integer to the power grabbing economic elite within our governing social structure?   Today’s leaders need to change their leadership from that of power grabbing authority over the people, to one of responsibility towards the values inerrant in each individual’s life, and their right to achieve their personal life-sustaining visions of hope  and prosperity without being suppressed by the governing elite in today’s politics.

Our leaders need to have compassion for the people they are leading, as well as for the outcomes of the decisions they make with their laws by considering what will be the impact of those decisions on the people they are leading.

To be responsible during decision making for each outcome that commercial economics produces within a society, is a leader that is thinking, not only about today, but about tomorrow, and about the REAL FUTURES….those of the children yet to be born on the earth; instead of the bottom lining of their pockets….

What is REALLY NEEDED to raise us out of this political lie that is our current environment of economic suppression and dishonest gain?   It is TRUTH…we must see and acknowledge the truth that has become our current flaw filled social system in order to realize a need for a solution, and then TAKE ACTION in our responsibility to generate change.

There is one man with a vision of truth for the day that I know of…He is a visionary projecting the true value of economic health and prosperity for ALL, not Just those Politicians that add on tax after tax to support their programs for the social good; which in honesty, usually 70% of those revenues we are told we need to pay for with our tax dollars in order to support a political program for the social good REALLY buy jobs for the politicians best friend’s son,  or some other favored individual.

This occurs while at the same time the American people receive this:

We need our Bill of Rights, which was designed to bring about a unification and equalization for all people in America, restored to us once again.

These are frightening comments from the producer of this video; and I have personally studied portions of this Bill HR3200.  What you see here is correct. 

Does this make you concerned for the future of your children, your parents, yourself?  It really should.  I heard this morning that D.C. is murmuring about with this quote, “Is this the week to pass the Health Care Reform?”

I recently received an email forward that read like this…

Did you see in the news last week that the Supreme Court doesn’t want any crosses on Federal Property?  No crosses on federal property?   This email continued with…..

 

Well duh…..  (Scroll Down) (revealed a photograph of a military cemetary with many little white crosses) Then came the pitch statement, “Let them try and remove these.  What are these people thinking?  At what point do we say, enough is enough?  Some messages just need to be forwarded, and this is most certainly one of them.  Please pass this on to as many people as possible as quickly as you can even if you normally don’t do this type of thing.”

 

I really don’t know why this didn’t end up in my spam file; but I have to admit a revelation came to me with regard to the deception of societal misrepresentation in the media, and I wanted to share my thoughts with you on this matter. 

 

You see, we all want to feel justified in our patriotism; especially if we have family members sporting one of these white beauties on their temporary resting ground.  My Father is one of these people who died in service and is buried on military resting grounds, sporting a little white cross like the ones shown above.   But I see a message in this email that does not portray love, and patriotism for our fallen heroes, so let’s look at this writing in more detail as I see some underlying issues that I feel need to be addressed.  

 

I have to ask myself, what is the purpose of this email? What is the message trying to be conveyed?  Is it that we should respect our deceased soldiers, or is it that we should disrespect the Supreme Court?  Am I being told that our Supreme Court is functioning in idiocy? Why the statement, “Well Duh….?”   Is this supposed to help me feel confident in our current judicial system?   And why the portrayed sense of public anarchy and threat of force being propagated via the statement, “Let them try and remove these.”   If I put this email into a numerical list portraying each statement in a numbered check list format, I would have to put a check in the box marked negativity following each statement.   My rule of thumb is to reject that which is negative in life as it cannot be good for me.

 

This email is an excellent example of how our society currently presents false concepts by the twisting of real facts and calling the perception of those twisted facts, The Truth.  The purpose is manipulative and is designed to bring about a sense of dissatisfaction.  In these types of subliminal manipulations a sense of dissatisfaction in life is instilled which opens the doors of emotional response; then comes the manipulation for enlistment into a particular cause which is most always forced onto your subconscious with statements that encourage feelings of guilt if you do not follow through as with the sentence written above stating, “Some messages just need to be forwarded.” Suggesting, after all, look at all those crosses of our fallen heroes, how can you not speak up!”

 

 Now with the effect in place, people blindly forward this out to many people whom they may or may not know in order to relieve the burden of guilt they feel.  This is a marketing technique called Public Saturation through the Media.   Adolf Hitler in his book titled (Mein Kemph) called it Propaganda Saturation.  And through his propaganda media saturation campaign which used these techniques, he was able to gain a following consensus for the people of Germany to follow his genocidal convictions.  And that they did being blinded by this type of twisting of the facts; they considered it the truth campaign.   After all, Hitler had stated that the Germans were the supreme race and the Jews sought to contaminate Germany through their unperfected race. This blindness lead to the deaths of over 140,000 Jewish men, women, and children, (yes children) in one concentration death camp alone. 

 

I know it seems pretty brash to make a comparison between Hitler and this email but following the path of deception can cause great pain, even to the point of death.   And each of these types of correspondences in their dishonesty utilizes the same methods to achieve the same goal.   That goal is to create a BLIND FOLLOWING.  I want to say though; I do realize that the sender of this email probably did so in a completely innocent manner not realizing the contradictions in statements, being ignorant of possible underlying intentions.

 

Now let’s look at the nitty gritty of this email.    Somehow I, through no action on my part, got signed up for an online church program and newsletter.   As I scrolled through the senders of this email I recognized the name of a church member I had seen previously involved with the online church.   So the originator of this email more than likely represents a church and not a society of Veterans or their widowed families; nor does this email represent the viewpoint of a free and Independent Libertarian Governmental Party such as the T.V.P. of Mark Hamilton® which seeks to dispel dishonest practices in business and government throughout the world.  

 

More than likely this was initiated by some lobbyist affiliated with some huge church organization which seeks to break down the concept represented in our United States Constitution which mandates a separation between the affairs of church and state.   After all the current monetary ability for the government to maintain itself through taxation would be a great way for the churches to attain additional income during these hard times if they could affiliate themselves somehow with a governmental entity – why not the Veteran’s administration.   After all we know all of those poor souls affected by chemical exposure to Agent Orange are easily made emotional and radical.  Who better to enlist in a rebellion against the government?   Am I also tainted because I see things which are lying in wait beneath the surface?  If looking for the honesty in all things for the bringing about of the REAL TRUTH means I am tainted then Let It Be.
