Farewell to America (Part 1)



Now that we are headed into another electoral process with the upcoming Presidential elections at term end of President Obama, I decided to look in to what a political party is supposed to be and what it is supposed to do for America and her people.

Traditionally, a political party is an organized political group of members who seek to attain and maintain the political purposes of its governing body.  Originally, with the signing of the Declaration of Independence and ratification of the U.S. Constitution into law, the purpose of politics in America was to first attain and then maintain political power for America within the establishment of her independent governmental system thereby removing America and her peoples from the rule of England and her King.

In nonpartisan elections, each candidate is eligible for office on his or her own merits. In nonpartisan legislatures, there are no typically formal party alignments within the legislature. The administration of George Washington and the first few sessions of the US Congress were nonpartisan. Washington also warned against political parties during his Farewell Address.

I found it interesting to read that the administration of George Washington and the first few sessions of the U.S. Congress were nonpartisan.  George Washington’s Farewell Address was written to “The People of the United States” near the end of his second term as President of the United States.

George Washington summarized his zeal in establishing and maintaining the purpose and ideals of the union of the States through the U.S. Constitution as a non-partisan document with these statements from his Farewell Speech:

Excerpts from George Washington’s Farewell Speech:

“Interwoven in our Constitutional purpose is the love of liberty with every ligament of your hearts, no recommendation of mine is necessary to fortify or confirm the attachment.”

“The unity of Government, which constitutes you one people, is also now dear to you. It is justly so; for it is a main pillar in the edifice of your real independence, the support of your tranquility at home, your peace abroad; of your safety; of your prosperity; of that very Liberty, which you so highly prize. But as it is easy to foresee, that, from different causes and from different quarters, much pains will be taken, many artifices employed, to weaken in your minds the conviction of this truth; as this is the point in your political fortress against which the batteries of internal and external enemies will be most constantly and actively (though often covertly and insidiously) directed, it is of infinite moment, that you should properly estimate the immense value of your national Union to your collective and individual happiness; that you should cherish a cordial, habitual, and immovable attachment to it; accustoming yourselves to think and speak of it as of the Palladium of your political safety and prosperity; watching for its preservation with jealous anxiety; discountenancing whatever may suggest even a suspicion, that it can in any event be abandoned; and indignantly frowning upon the first dawning of every attempt to alienate any portion of our country from the rest, or to enfeeble the sacred ties which now link together the various parts.”


Farewell to America… (Part Two)


In these statements, Washington clearly emphasizes the importance of protection of the union in the bond between the States as this bond, in and of itself, (the U.S. Constitution), was designed to ensure protection of America, her Peoples, as well as her Prosperity as a Nation.   This was considered the pillar supporting the Non-Partisan ideals of Independence and Freedoms for All People in America as outlined in the Declaration of Independence.

He further relates these as individual values to the American people; in that, although they may be of different States, it is the work towards Independence and Liberty that was the common bond between the States themselves despite their personal agendas that brought about Liberty and the Hope of Prosperity to America and her People.

Again, from the Farewell Speech…

“For this you have every inducement of sympathy and interest. Citizens, by birth or choice, of a common country, that country have a right to concentrate your affections. The name of American, which belongs to you, in your national capacity, must always exalt the just pride of Patriotism, more than any appellation derived from local discriminations. With slight shades of difference, you have the same religion, manners, habits, and political principles. You have in a common cause fought and triumphed together; the Independence and Liberty you possess are the work of joint counsels, and joint efforts, of common dangers, sufferings, and successes.”

“But these considerations, however powerfully they address themselves to your sensibility, are greatly outweighed by those, which apply more immediately to your interest. Here every portion of our country finds the most commanding motives for carefully guarding and preserving the Union of the whole.”

With a nonpartisan system… No official political parties exist; for often when a political party is governing the peoples, restrictions on political parties are created in an effort to turn the tides of events in the political arena favoring one party’s agenda over another….

We had seen this in the Red and Blue tail spin at the ballot box which removed Al Gore (a Democrat – political party one) from the Presidential Office, replacing him with George Bush (a Republican – political party two); this was all blamed on the electoral processes itself and that ambiguous entity, “The Hanging Chad!”

In recounting these unusual events, Justice Antonin Scalia was quoted as stating…

“The counting of votes of questionable legality has done irreparable harm not just to petitioner Bush but to the country as a whole. Indeed, how far has this August body fallen that we might contemplate as reasonable the perversion of an election and the awarding of the highest office in the land to a man—never has the term been more laughably conferred—who could not even carry his home state. We have abrogated reason and truth in favor of a consoling liberal fiction, a farce of wish-fulfillment identity politics.”

Why did George Washington feel that the two-party system was a threat to the American Constitution’s purpose?


Farewell to America…  (Part Three)


This except taken from his Farewell Speech clarifies the question:

“Towards the preservation of your government, and the permanency of your present happy state, it is requisite, not only that you steadily discountenance irregular oppositions to its acknowledged authority, but also that you resist with care the spirit of innovation upon its principles, however specious the pretexts. One method of assault may be to effect, in the forms of the constitution, alterations, which will impair the energy of the system, and thus to undermine what cannot be directly overthrown.”

“In all the changes to which you may be invited, remember that time and habit are at least as necessary to fix the true character of governments, as of other human institutions; that experience is the surest standard, by which to test the real tendency of the existing constitution of a country; that facility in changes, upon the credit of mere hypothesis and opinion, exposes to perpetual change, from the endless variety of hypothesis and opinion; and remember, especially, that, for the efficient management of our common interests, in a country so extensive as ours, a government of as much vigor as is consistent with the perfect security of liberty is indispensable. Liberty itself will find in such a government, with powers properly distributed and adjusted, its surest guardian. It is, indeed, little else than a name, where the government is too feeble to withstand the enterprises of faction, to confine each member of the society within the limits prescribed by the laws, and to maintain all in the secure and tranquil enjoyment of the rights of person and property.”

“I have already intimated to you the danger of parties in the state, with particular reference to the founding of them on geographical discriminations. Let me now take a more comprehensive view, and warn you in the most solemn manner against the baneful effects of the spirit of party, generally.  This spirit, unfortunately, is inseparable from our nature, having its root in the strongest passions of the human mind. It exists under different shapes in all governments, more or less stifled, controlled, or repressed; but, in those of the popular form, it is seen in its greatest rankness, and is truly their worst enemy.”


This is what Mark Hamilton describes as, Flawed Filled Man” and/or the Flawed Filled Agendas of today’s Fractal Politicians.

“The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge, natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. The disorders and miseries, which result, gradually incline the minds of men to seek security and repose in the absolute power of an individual; and sooner or later the chief of some prevailing faction, more able or more fortunate than his competitors, turns this disposition to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of Public Liberty.”


This is what we see today in the political arena as the Ruling Class Elite have driven the motives of many flawed fill politicians towards a direction that prospers the elite; and undermines the prosperity of the individual American Citizen.

“Without looking forward to an extremity of this kind, (which nevertheless ought not to be entirely out of sight,) the common and continual mischief’s of the spirit of party are sufficient to make it the interest and duty of a wise people to discourage and restrain it.  It serves always to distract the Public Councils, and enfeeble the Public Administration. It agitates the Community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms; kindles the animosity of one part against another, occasionally creating riot and insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which find a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions. Thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another.”   A prime example of Initiatory Force!


“There is an opinion, that parties in free countries are useful checks upon the administration of the Government, and serve to keep alive the spirit of Liberty. This within certain limits is probably true; and in Governments of a Monarchical cast, Patriotism may look with indulgence, if not with favor, upon the spirit of party. But in those of the popular character, in Governments purely elective, it is a spirit not to be encouraged. From their natural tendency, it is certain there will always be enough of that spirit for every salutary purpose. And, there being constant danger of excess, the effort ought to be, by force of public opinion, to mitigate and assuage it. A fire not to be quenched, it demands a uniform vigilance to prevent its bursting into a flame, lest, instead of warming, it should consume.”


“It is important, likewise, that the habits of thinking in a free country should inspire caution, in those entrusted with its administration, to confine themselves within their respective constitutional spheres, avoiding in the exercise of the powers of one department to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one, and thus to create, whatever the form of government, a real despotism. A just estimate of that love of power, and proneness to abuse it, which predominates in the human heart, is sufficient to satisfy us of the truth of this position.”

Farewell to America…   (Part Four)



In order for a political party to represent the purpose of its citizens political parties utilize the electoral campaign process.  In this way, parties often seek to represent their party’s ideology or vision through a written platform which outlines the specific goals and purposes for those goals within the party system.

The Twelve Visions Party® can be considered a party, only in that it is an organization of American Citizens which believe that America, her political processes, and her politicians have deviated from the original strengths and virtues which were represented in the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.  In a sense the Twelve Visions Party® can be seen as a non-partisan agreement between the American Citizens of our day who thoroughly agree that we need to amend our U.S. Constitution with the protection only values of the Prime Law Amendment.

The Prime Law Amendment will return America to her original designation as the UN-COMPROMISED PROTECTOR OF EACH INDIVIDUAL AMERICAN CITIZEN.


In this way, the Twelve Visions Party can become the non-ruling class unifier; bringing back the opportunity for prosperity to all Americans and not just the Ruling Class Elite who have currently taken America down the path of corruption and poverty.

The Health Care Reform Bill Can End Your Life, Please Don’t Let This Happen!

  

My God!  Please Say It Isn’t So!!!

 

These are frightening comments from the producer of this video; and I have personally studied portions of this Bill HR3200.  What you see here is correct. 

Does this make you concerned for the future of your children, your parents, yourself?  It really should.  I heard this morning that D.C. is murmuring about with this quote, “Is this the week to pass the Health Care Reform?” 

 

It’s Not Too Late….You Can Make Your Voice Heard!   If you viewed this video then you know just how serious this is…..Please read below and let us stand together for change now…. 

 

You can make a huge difference in protecting your freedoms and rights by contacting your Assembly and State Senate representatives yourself.  Every year, organizations like the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association battles with tax-and-spenders at the State Capitol in order to protect taxpayers’ rights. But it really gets their attention when their own constituents contact them. We the members of the Twelve Visions Party® also have a message to share. 

 

The most powerful tool for taxpayers when contacting representatives is still a one-page handwritten letter.  However, if you do not have time to write, a call or a brief e-mail message will still have a great impact. 

 

When contacting your legislator, remember that the best way to be heard is to be polite, stick to the point, and ask for specific action from the legislator.

I Hate to See a Man Cry….This Man’s Story of Judicial Hardship

I hate to see a man cry. I recently read about a man who had been wrongly convicted, and then acquitted of a crime for which he had spent several years of his life in prison.  A picture of him crying in the court room was displayed in the news article about these events in his life.  As I looked at his picture, I recognized the look on this man’s face. His face revealed the pain of his wrenched heart. Today as I read about his story, I realize that these types of injustices happen all too often in the flawed judicial system of our day.

This man was unjustly convicted of manslaughter and robbery charges, and served nine years in a penitentiary until he was paroled in 1993.  He has been awaiting his acquittal hearing since his release.  Can you imagine the additional hardship he has endured these past sixteen years after his parole – after his life had been permanently ruined?   On October 14th, 2009 he was acquitted of all accusations raised against him.   Let’s see…..25 years removed from his life all due to dishonesty and injustice, and all in the name of the greater social good. The face of pain and suffering – it is hard to endure! 

 On October 14th, 2009 a Jefferson County Commonwealth Attorney in Kentucky said that this man was innocent of the slaying of a convenience store clerk, and that it was DNA evidence that had led to his acquittal.  Additionally, two eye witnesses had also come forward in the acquittal hearing.  He had served nine years!   I just cannot believe that we allow this type of thing to go on! Why didn’t these witnesses come forward earlier?   This man – I am so hurt by the pain he has endured.  

 I know of another situation where a twelve year old girl was taken by a man and held against her will for four years.   During this time she was used as a sex slave, and as a bonus incentive to entice other drug traffickers into the national drug distribution ring her captor was involved with.  The FBI was aware that this girl had been taken but they did not come to her aide until after four years had passed.  Later she was told that they could not do anything for her during those years because they needed time so that they could acquire the evidence they needed in order to build their case against the drug ring.  This 12 year old girl endured four years of captivity and pain just as the man above and all do to injustices in our legal system which are, quote, “working for the greater social good.”  How many lives will be ruined all in the name of the greater social good?

 I am still in touch with this girl, now a mature woman.   She is one of the kindest persons I have ever met; and her ability to love exceeds any I have ever seen in my life.   I guess when people’s lives are ruined by the authority of injustice in our legal system; the only thing left to cling to amidst the hopelessness is the love of and from a higher plane.  At least that is what she tells me.   She also says on that higher plane; and in a better time, there will be no more injustice waged on mankind all in the name of the social good due to the dishonest legalities of hypocrisy.  The only authority ever present in that time will be the standing authority of love in harmony with life. 

 I don’t know if I will ever be able to understand how she can love in the face of such suffering.   And when I tell her that she simply says, “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff!”    Perhaps the things we feel are too difficult in our lives, really are not that bad after all….Let’s not sweat the small stuff; but; PLEASE, as a Nation and as a People, let’s not allow the corruption of legal injustice to ruin our precious lives in the name of a greater social good.  We Must Stand Together in Love if We Want to End Hate and the Injustices of our current judicial system’s misrepresentation of our rights! And we must do this for the REAL SOCIAL GOOD, which is our Freedom and Civil Liberties as Americans.

For the People of the United States of America, The Declaration of Independence….

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should “declare the causes” which impel them to the separation.

 

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, -- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

 

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. 

 

 —Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. Link Submitted Below as “Facts of Tyranny.”    

Drafted by Thomas Jefferson between June 11 and June 28, 1776, this document was submitted to Congress on July 4th, 1776.  The Declaration of Independence is at once the nation’s most cherished symbol of liberty and a most enduring literary monument to the voice of freedom and civil liberty for all peoples in America and throughout the world.

 

 In 1776 the American People were being oppressed and victimized by the King of England and its Religious Zealots whose sole purpose was to advance the prosperity of the King of England and the Church.   “For God and Country!” this was the cry of England in the Americas.     This prosperity was achieved through over-taxation and unethical regulations which lead to the sheer annihilation of the rights of the American People to live as  free individuals in their country, to posses their own land, and to prosper through un-taxed economic trade within America’s free boarders.

 

Then, as if ordained by a higher consciousness, our Forefathers, in writing this Declaration expressed their convictions and their intolerances of the oppressions being forced on the lives, the minds, and hearts of the American people. This writing, and the fore thought of our Founding Forefathers would forever change the course of history for all future generations and the world.    In writing this Declaration, and taking the needed steps to ensure is approval in Congress, Thomas Jefferson summarized the Philosophy of Unalienable Rights as “self-evident truths” and set forth a list of grievances against the King in order to justify, before the world, the breaking of ties between the colonies and the mother country, England.

 

As you read these “facts of tyranny” from the original Declaration of Independence by clicking this link, Facts of Tyranny, as   they occurred with the American people in that day, see how many of   those same types of tyrannies are being forced on us today as Americans by our own Government.  As you do this, mentally place a check mark by the ones you find that are happening today and ask yourself, “Is it time for change? Is it truly still, “We, The People” that are represented by our government today?”
