Are You Ready to Retire at Age 70? Newly Proposed Law is Nothing More Than Political Power Grabbing of Your S.S.I. Retirement Savings…
Today a law is being drafted that will require you to work until the age of 70 before you can benefit from your Social Security Retirement Benefits which you have had deducted from your wages since the day you began to work. Additionally, new laws are being drafted with significantly cut funding to medical services to the disabled and elderly under the current governmental funded Medical Program.
Why is this occurring? The ever standing answer coming to the American citizens is to balance the budget and reduce the deficit. O.K., let’s look at America’s budget. Today 57% of governmental spending, which adds consistently to national debt with out putting anything back, comes from the military, in large part going towards continued arms development.
In comparison, today according to the Social Security Trustees, the Social Security Trust Fund will be able to pay full benefits until 2037, and incoming payroll taxes will be sufficient to pay about 78 percent of benefits thereafter.
Even though these are accurate current statistics, our government is telling its America People that the SSI Administration system is out of funds, or will shortly be going bankrupt; when, in fact the SSI Administration is currently solvent. So why are we being told that because the SSI funds are so greatly diminished we must now consider having the retirement age increased to the age of 70 years?
I believe it is because of political greed coupled with political ambition. How do these two things play into the picture as a whole? The politicians continue to line the pockets of their corporate and privatized agenda programs that do nothing to actually benefit the individual American citizens through your taxed dollars.
However, these same politicians wish to maintain their current political ambitions by remaining in office, and to do this they need your vote. However, they cannot continue to receive your vote of confidence if they continue to raise your taxes. So why not tap into your Social Security retirement funds; better yet, why not privatize these services to privately owned and politically directed corporations which then can tap into your retirement savings to fund their personal, political, and corporate agendas while they remain in office under your vote!
These politicians currently use this modest gap in long-term funding of the SSI Administration as a pretext to justify proposals for large cuts in Social Security benefits. One frequently-discussed change to Social Security is to increase the age at which a retiree receives full benefits. With this in place, these politically agenda driven politicians can tap into your savings. In essence, forcing you to work longer for less. Does that sound like something that is protecting you, or even in your best interest? Let’s look at the effect that change would place on your livelihood and your life itself.
For most workers, increasing the full retirement age, which currently is 66, will result in a cut in those worker’s benefits. This is especially true for seniors who take early retirement at age 62. For these seniors, the Social Security benefit is currently reduced by 30 percent. By increasing a person’s full retirement age to the age of 70, as some advocate, the ending result would be a reduction in their benefit of about 45 percent.
Some of us have the means to retire on reduced Social Security benefits at age 62. But what about those who don’t want to retire that soon, but are forced to do so? Those who advocate for a higher retirement age reluctantly agree that some workers won’t be able to stay in the labor force until they are age 70 either because they have physically-demanding jobs, or those whose health worsens as they age, may also not be able to work until age 70. The remedy proposed by these advocates is to apply for Social Security disability benefits. This sounds like a workable solution, but is it? Let’s consider how the disability program works today.
Although economists and others have proposed raising Social Security’s retirement age, such a dramatic change should not be made without considering what it will mean for millions of America’s workers. It will mean especially deep cuts for those who can afford them least – lower income workers and those whose physically-demanding occupations make it impossible for them to work to up until the age of 70. In an easy attempt to sidestep these problems, our government suggests that affected workers can just apply for disability. Let’s look at that option…
The Disability Program’s definition of disability is very tough. In fact, it is one of the most restrictive definitions of disability among all of the government’s disability programs. It’s possible, for example, to qualify for disability benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs or from Civil Service and still not qualify for Social Security disability.
Why is this? It’s all in the program’s definition of disability. To qualify for Social Security disability, a worker must be unable to perform any substantial work due to the worker’s physical and/or medical condition. Not only must the disabling condition be severe, it must be long-lasting. Those with short-term disabilities cannot qualify.
Benefits can’t be paid for a partial disability. A worker is either 100 percent disabled or is denied benefits. Only those with the most severe disabilities can qualify. That leaves out many people in their early to mid 60′s who have health problems that limit their ability to work without being totally disabled. For example, a recent report by the Social Security Administration’s Inspector General revealed that the DDSs deny 78 percent of all cases involving disorders of the back. They also deny 81 percent of cases involving diabetes and 80 percent of claims involving disorders of the muscles and ligaments. And these are just the kinds of impairments that affect older workers.
If qualifying for disability is so difficult, where would increasing the retirement age leave older workers? They would remain in the workforce if possible, yes. But what if these workers lose their jobs? Finding new employment is challenging for older workers in the best of times. It is even more difficult during economic downturns like the one we are experiencing today with an over-all unemployment rate of 9.7% per State and rising. The alternative simply would be for an individual to accept a massive reduction in Social Security benefits. That’s bad for older workers and its bad for America.
Faced with the added stressors of poverty, plausible homelessness, and the lack of adequate medical care, these seniors would inevitably perish – the burden of life now too difficult to manage. In death these helpless Americans, made helpless by their own government, would then leave their monies to remain in the SSI Administration account to be distributed out as per governmental discretion.
I personally see only tyranny in our current corrupted political system. Now, let’s compare your options in a Twelve Visions Party Protection Only Government. The Twelve Visions Party operates under the philosophy of a Prime Law Objective. Basically, the Prime Law is one of non-initiatory force being levied in any way over one’s individual life, their organizational developments in business, or as may pertain to the establishing and keeping of their personal property, and (this would include your Social Security Retirement Savings).
In fact, with the Prime Law Amendment added as the over-arching amendment to our U.S. Constitution, our government would repay to you your Social Security retirement contributions now! You would not have to wait until you are too old to work, or just die.
The Twelve Visions Party stands for a Protection Only Government. This means that there would be no funding of politically driven agendas through your taxed dollars. In fact, you would pay no governmental taxes at all to support politically driven agendas. Today, corporations are running America into the ground, literally. Under the Twelve Visions Party Platform, with the falling cost of living prices brought about by our Nation’s newly invigorated economic growth in industry, the unemployment rates would fall dramatically; the money that you have today that buys you little towards sustainment, would double your buying power due to falling prices.

Extra! Extra! Your Time Line to Wealth and Prosperity For All!
I just received a comment from one of my friends of the Twelve Vision Party regarding an advertisement that was placed in the Dallas Morning News Paper by Mark Hamilton’s Twelve Visions Party.
It made me very happy to see that one of my friends has a new sense of hope and Invigoration for life because of this ad and the action he took after reading it.
I have to say, having read the Twelve Visions Parties “Prime Law Amendment” to the Constitution I can truly believe that we all have a new hope before us.
Here is what the email from my Neothink friend said:
Did you see the ad in the Dallas Morning News?
Make all Texans Rich, Including the Poor! I read it and they offer a book for only 29.95.
Since I love to read anyway, even though I am on SSD and every penny counts I had to take a chance that there is something to this AD.
So I called the number 888-859-6859 and ordered the book Wealth, Health, Peace.
I am very excited about this, I so much want to Break Free From this Suppressed Life I Live and Soar Up Into the Wealthy Elite Class I had to Order Wealth, Health, Peace because I want that rapid Rise into the Elite Class just like the Ad says.
The way I see it I have nothing to Lose with the way this country is rapidly declining This Twelve Visions Party® May very well have the answers. I consider myself a self-leader and I want to amass a fortune in my lifetime just like the Ad says. I Know I Can and I KNOW this BOOK Wealth, Health, Peace is the first step that I must take! Call it a leap of faith but after reading this Ad I Believe!
It was funny, immediately after reading this email, I also received this second email from another group of friends I correspond with regularly, it read like this:
Best idea to arrive this year, Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:
“Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives.
And, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States. Let’s get this passed around, folks – Congress has brought this upon themselves!!!
After reading both of these emails I realize, Oh So Clearly, that America is just not happy with the current controlling Governmental Elite which suppress our lives; holding down our prosperity.
It makes me happy to know that WE FINALLY HAVE ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE! I like the looks of the Hypothetical Timeline depicted in this ad, especially the part that says, “NEXT YEAR, Thanks to the monies donated, 100% from the sales of Wealth, Health, Peace, the new Twelve Visions Party Weakens the ruling-class heel that is pushing down the suppressed class. The Wealth Shift Begins!”
Since I have been involved with the Neothink Society and started learning about the Twelve Visions Party, my finances have begun to shift out of a dependence mode and into a self sufficiency mode for which I am grateful!
Here is my suggestion, Instead of the Proposed 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that my other friend sent to me; why don’t we all work together using the Leverage of the Already Established Twelve Visions Party to write the Prime Law Amendment of the Twelve Visions Party into our current Constitute which will (In – Fact) do exactly what your example above suggests.
As Mark Hamilton and the T.V.P. motto states, “Make All The People Rich, Including The Poor!” Hey, I just bought my copy of Wealth, Health, & Peace! Why Not Get Yours Today. Let’s move forward into a prosperous new decade with the Twelve Visions Party Platform.
Thank you,

No Taxation Without Representation
The Political Slogan, “No Taxation Without Representation,” was repeated across the Americas from 1763 to 1776. This is when our Fore Fathers were drafting a document which would change the future of America and the entire world.
It was the cry for Free and Equal Representation for all, it was for ”We The People.” Here is a background of why this occurred. Question? Do you feel represented today?
This slogan summarized the primary grievance between the British colonists and the Thirteen Colonies known today as the United States of America. Many of the American colonists believed that the lack of direct representation in the governing British Parliament was an illegal denial of their rights as Englishmen. Therefore, the laws requiring taxation of the colonists, as well as other laws imposed on the colonists pertaining to their currency, were considered unconstitutional.
At that time the Parliament realized that in order to control a people, the economy of the people had to be controlled first. The best way to insure the advantage of the Parliament over the Thirteen Colonies was to increase the monetary status of the Parliament through taxation while at the same time reducing the monetary economy of the Colonies through the resulting social economic collapse due to this taxation. This allowed the Parliament to garner funds attained from the Colonies through taxation and then use those funds to purchase gold and silver which was intrinsically more powerful than the currency which the Colonists were printing as their own currency in the Americas.
This morning I heard on the local news that the our state governor has placed two propositions on the ballot which would charge a .25 cent tax on grocery bags which we are given freely to help carry our purchased staples from the market. Remember, it is our purchase of these staples which promotes the economy; now it seems that we are to be taxed for the labor of putting food on the table and supporting our economy. Do you feel represented in the proposition of this new tax? I usually carry 4 shopping bags out of the store about two to three times a week. Let’s look at the numbers:
25 x 4 = $1.00 x 3 per week = $ 3.00 x 4 per month = $ 12.00 x 12 months in a year = $ 144.00 per year
That’s Just for The Bag!!! How many of you can afford a chauffeured driven ride to your tax payer supplied governor’s mansion? How many of you cannot afford healthcare for your young children; while we recently watched our governor receive exceptional orthopedic care via tax payer paid surgical expenses to help our governor recover from a skiing accident while vacationing at an exclusive ski resort. When was the last time you could afford to even take a day off work? I ask you again, “Do You Feel Represented?”
This kind of governmental manipulation through imposing another taxation ballot proposition, which is hiding under a cloaked banner such as HR31000 to oblivion for example, is easy to accomplish as many are just too busy trying to survive to research what these quote, “For the good of the people” propositions are. In these difficult times of “How do I feed my kids tonight?” we just feel that we have no time to worry about learning what these new propositions may mean to our life’s; and therefore we go on struggling on, voting for things we are told are good for us and in so doing are giving up more and more of our civil liberties. These economic manipulations are forcing our society to become divided into a society of the poor and a society of the wealthy elite.
While welfare programs are being cut off to the poor and disabled, huge welfare bailouts are being given to large corporations. While we are being given tax increase upon tax increase; big corporations are being given greater and even greater tax cuts and financial bail outs such as has most recently occurred again for the automotive industry. So I ask, “Do You Feel You Are Being Represented?” Through these deceitful governmental taxation propositions I really get the feeling that the governmental elite must think we are stupid! I am standing on the roof top screaming out to these deceptive practices, “I am not dead! I am intelligent; I am a Neothink® Society member. I value my civil liberties; and I will not vote myself into economic ruin, I will not be defeated!”
I will not be oppressed into idiocy and driven into submission. I value my right to stand as a Citizen of America. One, who as stated in our Declaration of Independence is created as equally endowed by my creator with certain unalienable rights, among which are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Therefore I proclaim as did our forefathers, “I want no taxation without representation.” Will you join me in the revival of this slogan and take back your freedom?
